"It was very cold and our room had no heating, they did supply us with a heater which promptly broke down, they did very kindly offer us dinner on the house, which we accepted. The hotel itself is a little tired and although it has been partially upgraded it still needs a lot of refurbishing to bring it up to an acceptable standard."

Larry is such a welcoming host .nothing too much for him and a weakth of local knowledge. Cant wait to rerurn in the summer. We had a family room and was very spacious and clean all in pine to keep the charm of this rustic farm manor house . Definitely return !"
