"NO BREAKFAST!!! They advertise breakfast, but its only coffee, & packaged donuts! Hall ceiling tiles are filled with black mold. The only pleasant thing I can say is the room was clean, nothing was broken,
Also I booked through Expedia, but it's less registering at the hotel."

"Excellent hotel in the heart of the riverfront district. The hotel is perfect and the neighborhood is wonderful. Downtown Chattanooga is clean and safe. There are families of visitors everywhere.
The rooftop deck and dining area are fantastic. "

"I stayed in the hotel with my GF for the night after a concert at the signal. BEST DECISION! It’s located near places to eat, and if you go see a concert you can just walk right across the parking lot to your room. No need to worry about parking. Only issue with the room was the shower curtain in our double room was not long enough and some water got on the floor as we showered. That was the only issue. GF and I will say again. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at!"

My sis- in-law & I came to town for a Concert at “The Signal. Concert Hall” on Choo Choo Ave. We were thinking we wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk there & back at dark but the streets were lit & an easy walk! Breakfast was FREE. Check out at 11am was great! I would stay here again & again! 10 stars. "
