We booked a Pacific Club room, which gave us access to the Level 38 Pacific Club lounge—and it truly elevated our stay. The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."

"The only reason we stayed here was because of its location to the airport and the water park. The water park didn’t open until 12. What water park doesn’t open until midday!?"

"The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the blinds make it possible to block out daylight so that you can sleep after a long flight. The air conditioning is just right. The staff are most efficient as well as being kind and helpful, and the food at the restaurant is excellent. Looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended."

"Mandai Resort is lovely. I highly recommend the reservoir view. Everything in the room is perfect—great amenities, high quality bed, spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good and different items are offered daily. The snacks in the lobby are a nice touch. The pool is a good size with a beautiful view. The forest walk is also great. I stayed 3 nights and honestly wish I had added another night. I didn’t get the chance to try the Forage restaurant…next time!"

"This was my third stay at Novena and have had several stays at Cantonment and one at Owen House. I really like the brand and the value proposition. When I arrived the air conditioning was making a noise. I can live with a humming, but this was a squeaking. Maintenance came and said it was the motor. I spoke with reception (Azim) and he agreed to move me the next day. The situation was handled well and I was told to just leave my things and they would move everything including items in refrigerator. I will say that the last three rooms I've stayed in at Novena have had problems with the safe. A few months ago upon arriving the safe was locked and battery was dead. Maintenance replaced the battery. But it kept failing. They eventually gave me the key to use instead of a code. Then this visit, the first room (the one with the bad a/c) had a similar problem. Finally, the room I moved into for the remaider of my one month stay had a problem with the safe. Upon arrival it was closed, locked, and didn't work. Both maintenance and Jonothan couldn't open it. Jonothan provided a great work around by bringing me a second safe from reception! One annoyance is that there is only one bottle of body wash provided. So, this has to be taken continuously from sink to shower, or in my case, I just bought soap for the sink. This is quite ridiculous. Provide a small bottle for the bathroom sink - especially when sink is usualy not located in the physical bathroom, but just outside. "
