"There was plenty of parking and the hotel is just a short walk to the town centre, plus there is a lovely park just opposite the hotel. The room was not large but spacious enough. The bathroom was spacious and had a full bath with overhead shower. They did not leave two towels the first day but not an issue. The bar/Restaurant was very large and there was two coaches staying at the hotel but plenty of room in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and the menu had a good selection and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and was contently topped up. Although a bit pricy I would have no problem staying again if in the area."

"Room was very basic, just a sink and a wall rack with some coat hangers on. There was a tv but I don’t really watch tv. Walls could’ve done with a coat of paint but the carpet was clean and the bedding also. Pretty much the cheapest I could find in the area and I was only there for one night so was perfectly adequate for my needs. Toilets and showers were in the halls of the hotel, not in room so if you’re fine with that, good. Don’t be expecting Premier Inn style in room amenities. A couple of toilets and I think a shower room were out of order but this didn’t cause any issues at all. Staff were very friendly and polite, couldn’t have asked for more. There was an ample kitchen space with fridges/freezers, kettle, microwave and even a couple of hobs for cooking. Overall I was happy with my stay and would use this business again, although if I’d had my kids with me I would’ve probably wanted bathroom amenities in my room. For short stays of a few days I would definitely recommend, for longer stays or travelling with younger children I would want an in room bathroom."

"An excellent little holiday property. The living room area was exactly as advertised, large yet welcoming. The small bedroom with two beds is a bit smaller than expected, and the beds are quite narrow; not a problem for us, but might be an issue if you have two children that like to annoy each other (my brother and I could not have shared that room!!) The master bedroom was exceptional and I did not realise it came with it's own toilet, which made made things so much easier for myself. The kitchen had almost everything you could ask for; although while not advised on the listing, you will need to bring your own dishcloths and tea towels (just for info, bath towels are provided in the bedrooms). There was a power outage while we were at the property , and when I rang, the staff were most helpful in identifying that it was a planned outage by the power company, however that information would clearly have been helpful to know in advance. The only real downside was the drain smell coming from the sink in the main washroom. An air freshener was enough to keep the odour within the bathroom, but it was quite irking when in the toilet."

"Everything was perfect. Fresh and clean. I had a kettle, a fridge (no freezer), a microwave and a sink. Towels were ready. There were bowls and plates and utensils, along with soap, a sponge and dish rag. The bathroom was clean and large. The location was in walking distance to great shopping, scenery, and the train station. This place may present issues for older travelers as there is a spiral staircase and no lift. The shower was a good size but had no grips on the pan. Overall my stay was a delight. I would recommend this to any traveler who likes simple no frills stays in low key places. It was quiet, and had everything I needed for a short stay."

"We have stayed five days there, it is nice and cosy place it has got everything you need, you just need to bring your own food, I haven’t liked that the check - in starts at 3pm but when you need to check - out is very early, at 10 am, I understand it is policy, but bare it in mind if you travel from far, you might want to book more days, also there was no sitting area outside, like at least plastic chairs or something similar if you want to enjoy the view, we have cought not so cold weather maybe this why the heating was not working (there was small electirc one, not enough for all the area) Overall we enjoyed much as we were exploring the area, would reccomend and come back there again. "

"This flat is clean and lovely, and an easy walk to downtown Falkirk. We spent two weeks traveling all over Scotland and we stayed here for thr last leg of our journey. It was really wonderful to be able to "move in" for the last several days and having laundry on site is a huge bonus. The host is ver communicative and we had no problems. "

"WiFi advertised, but there was none. Pee stains on one toilet. Skid mark in the other toilet. Outside refuse bin full to overflowing. Tried to call and text contact no provided - no reply. Other than that caravan was reasonably comfortable. "
