I would never stay in this hotel again. The manager was rude and argumentative. They do not allow guests to leave their bags at the hotel after check out, so just know that if you are checking out but need somewhere to store your luggage for the rest of the day, this is something that they will not accommodate. As the manager told me, once you check out , you are no longer a Guest of the hotel and they cannot help you with anything. And there were unwilling to find a solution. This guy took the “hospitable” out of “hospitality”. Never again.

The stay was for one night. The food for breakfast wasn’t great but the room was comfortable, quiet and very clean. Little interaction with staff but the little interaction was okay

Very noisy at night. Elevator area smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking area. Elevator carpet was filthy. Room was cramped, but clean. We were not able to get into our room until 3:30. Overall just not a relaxing atmosphere to stay.

The place is good enough for a short stay. If you need a place to stay overnight it’s perfect. Comfortable soft bed, good breakfast, has a free parking. Room is really small, just enough to move around. Toilet is renovated and clean.

This Holiday Inn has installed grab bars in the shower. Many hotels do not. The placement of grab bars show that safety of guests is a priority.

The worst Holiday Inn Express - EVER
This is the worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed at. It was like this was once a Motel6 that got a new branding sign but management forgot to upgrade the facility?

The staff was incredible especially Karen on night shift!!! The facility was clean but tiny. Their handicap rooms couldn’t even fit a wheelchair despite saying accessible. The breakfast was good but the dining area was so small you couldn’t even sit as a family.

I didn’t realize the property was under construction, and the room was stuffy. like it needed to be aired out. Other than that the location was great. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was nice.

The staffs are great and very helpful. The breakfast is good. I can from the airport around 2:30pm to the hotel before 3:00pm which is check-in time, and they were inconsiderate. I needed to wait until 3pm or pay $60.00 extra. For me to get a room. They don't have a lobby big enough to wait until is 3pm. The room are very small for a king size bed.

You can do better
First, there is only ONE lane entrance for parking lot so if someone’s coming in you have to back up. Second, she had trouble finding a clean room for us even though we reserved months ago. Hallways are disgusting, dirty with stained carpet. Room same. Bathroom was pretty clean and breakfast was better then expected. Beds were very comfortable. Signs up that they are renovating which is way long overdo, but didn’t see any signs of it actually going on.

Parking made me feel safe. The room was super clean. The staff provided me with a great experience. The breakfast was excellent. All in all i really enjoyed my stay here.

I booked a double bed room and they said Expedia have them an order for a king bed with a pullout couch. My receipt says two queen beds, and they argued with me that I was wrong. There was no table, no closet, and you couldn’t walk around the pullout bed bc the room was so small.

The front desk lady, I believe her name was Karla, was super helpful, polite and supportive. She made sure that my father was comfortable and try to find solutions for any requests. Thank you so much front desk lady! You are the best :)

It was very clean and the front staff were nice. Other than that I don't have anything positive to say. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. We could not pass each other and had to side step into the bed. The hallways were falling apart and the elevator made scary noises.
