We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The room did get very warm (even with the radiators offf in December) but the windows opened, so we could cool it easily. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a range of fresh and healthy food. We enjoyed cosy hour between 5 - 6pm, where the hotel provides a complimentary wine/beer/non alcoholic drink in the bar/lounge area. We would happily stay here again.

Superb hotel. Wonderful location & beautiful building. Staff are excellent. Breakfast, both choice & quality was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Stunning hotel. Perfectly situated near canals and a short walk into the old town. Lovely room. Hotel is stylishly designed throughout. Great reception area to sit in. The restaurant served really good food. Great breakfasts. Nice bar. And every member of staff was so helpful and pleasant. I've been lucky enough to stay in many of the world's nicest hotels over the years. This is right up there with the best.

Brilliant accommodation and a really good breakfast. The bed was very comfy and the metro station was only a very short walk from the hotel.

So it would be nice to have an instruction manual or something. The room was really clean. The bed was right firmness and there were two single duvets! The water pressure in the shower was great. The bar man Sala?? was very kind, loaning us his bottle opener. There was one receptionist less friendly than the others but overall good service. The breakfast was lovely, great selection, particularly enjoyed the ginger shots and the waffle maker and the cheese board. Great size room also.

Great place to stay. Breakfast (included) is a bit samey and by day 3 we were bored of it. Decent location, very clean, and felt safe and secure. Would definitely stay there again.
