"Condo was absolutely nasty. Called the night of check-in and was told we could submit pictures the next day, since there was no actual person available that night. Manager I dealt with next day, was of very little help. After many conversations and pictures, someone above her approved to get the cost of the property, just the property, back, but no fees from hotels.com, no other cost or help was offered. Very rude and seemed unconcerned about the nasty conditions and broken door. Actually offered to have a pole jammed in the patio door to “keep it shut”. This seemed like many safety concerns. Very dissatisfied. Still haven’t received our refund, apparently the system is down."
