"This is a no-frills hotel, but it is neat and very clean -- especially the bathroom -- and the staff are pleasant and very helpful and responsive. For me, the location was ideal: a 15-minute walk to the the Art Gallery of New South Wales on the edge of the Royal Botanic Garden, and then a 20-minute -- give or take -- stroll through any of the many pathways down to the Opera House and the harbor on the opposite side of the Garden. The adjacent promenade is perfect for morning coffee while you plot your site-seeing for the day."

"Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Service i bar and restaurant prompt and meal excellent. Room service meal arrived within 30mins and was excellent quality. Very convenient location, easy walk to St Vincent Hospital. Convenient to rail network. Great location to explore inner Sydney on foot or hop a train/bus to explore further. Enjoyed my stay. "
