"We only stayed for one night. The room was beautiful with direct access to a pool. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more to make sure you were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were delicious. Wish we had stayed for another night."
"What an exceptional Hotel! The attention to detail is superb, from the beautiful rooms to the hot water bottle placed in the bed. The restaurant food is also outstanding. A must stay for anyone in the area"
"Great luxury camping experience. The facilities are excellent, pool, shop and the cabins / tents have everything you need and are prepared for hot or cold conditions."
"Lovely out-of-the-way getaway with super friendly staff. Better hiking trail maps, up-to-date picnic basket menus, and working DSTV would have bumped it up to five stars. "
"The house was a first class accommodation
Would go back there tomorrow without a doubt
Not much in the area to do but had a first class meal in town.
The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
Had a wonderful time at the donkey sanctuary which is a must see.
Went to local winery (McGregor) and spent some monies there.
Well worth the trip"

"A warm welcome from Luc & Hilda, we were given a large, nicely decorated modern room with very comfy bed and the shower room & toilet were to the same high standard. Very nice breakfast served by Luc and his friendly team, it was autumn when we visited so it can be cool at night in South Africa, the bed’s electric blankets made them warm and cosy, the open log fire in the breakfast room was very nice in the morning and the log burner in the lounge was equally as inviting in the evening.
We felt totally safe staying at Ballinderry Guest House, in the town of Robertson and this region of SA generally.
We would highly recommend people come and stay."
"Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. The owner was very helpful with ideas for local visits and was very warm and welcoming. Thank you. "
"Both Wendy and her colleague were very friendly and welcoming, which made for a delightful calm overnight stay. So glad there was a small swimming pool to cool off in. All facilities very clean etc "
