Noone was that friendly. Price was to high. Got married and when came back for the night, the elevator was broke and we had to make several trips up the stairs in our wedding attire. Pillows were horrible.

AC didn’t work the first night. The New York manager tried to explain to the guest from Florida how AC works, but he gave us another room. Some poor tourist suffered through a hot night like we did.

Received a bill at breakfast despite having breakfast included in my selected room rate. There was only one chef on a holiday weekend. Extremely poor planning by administration. Many guests there. Impossible for him to quickly get meals out. Not his fault.
