She met us at the door to show us our place then explained everything in detail about the facility as well as helped us booked luggage storage right on site for the next day. The place was clean and has everything we need to be comfortable for the night. It was also extremely convenient to La Spezia train station for Cinque Terre as well as the main histrionic area around the corner of the apartment. Great stay overall."

There is no parking but we parked at Europa Car Park which cost us 18 Euro per day, it was more secure and better maintained then the train station parking lot.
