Excellence Suite
No one showed us how to have heat in the room the first night. I asked for the converter to change and that also took a night to do as well. When I was asking some questions about the hotel and if I could get a taxi to get to the airport the next day, the front desk seemed bothered by my questions. ...

Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport
We had a 6AM flight which meant getting up a 4AM so we did not get the breakfast. We were told we would be given a box with breakfast, but that did not happen.
