"The staff is what made this hotel great. Also the shower head..lol. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes away from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and shopping but the subway is not far from hotel so getting around was great. The hotel is it self is neat and basic."

"This place needs to be updated- the picture does not match the actual. The mattresses, beddings, and towels were so worn out. The air conditioning unit is so old and dusty. Also, it is not close to the historic center nor the Termini station."
