A perfect hotel for our stop over needing easy access to Roma Termini. The staff was friendly and helpful, and room was super clean and big! We had already spent 3 days in Rome earlier in our travels, so we booked this hotel for its convenience to the train. It was about a 25 minute walk to the main attractions in Rome, but we didn’t mind the walk on our last night in this wonderful city! It really gave a chance to see more, actually!

Great hotel overall. Very clean and classy. Very close to train terminal. Area around terminal was very dirty and smelled like urine. Many walls had graffiti and trash.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.Hotel very clean. Has some electrical issues with power going off in middle of night. Our room was in 4th floor and Sports bar was on street beneth. Music played from 8am to 1am and then people yelling and talking as they were cleaning up or hanging around till 3am. Also as suggestion advise guests about electric and that key needs to remain in slot for those that have never stayed in European hotel

After moving into the room and taking a shower the next morning we discovered that the room was loaded with mold and the wood floors were buckled from the shower in the bathroom that had the drain built into the floor with no containment edges. This allowed the shower water to flow into the bedroom and flood the area with standing water. When I told the front desk personnel, their comment was, “we know, it has happened before “. We had them change our room, but they offered no compensation for this issue.

The building does not have a balcony or a view. Other buildings surround it, so if you have a view, it will be a wall. The photos are misleading. The room, was very basic and small. There was wear and tear on the walls and the floor. The area is suitable for using transportation.

I was a little bit worried when we checked in and heard that the AC was down as it was very hot in Rome. Glad that we were at least upgraded to a bigger room. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! I did not expect a full North American breakfast. Waitress immediately prepare coffee which was perfect. thanks so much
