В этом хостеле мы не проживали, так как нас туда во первых не пустили с ребенком, а во вторых этот хостел для извращенцев оказался, о чём на сайте когда мы бронировали было не указано. Мы бронировали трёх местный номер для для двух взрослых и одного ребёнка (8 лет). После многочасовой дороги на автобусе из другого города, прибыв в данный хостел с багажом, администратор отказался нас заселять с ребенком, объяснив что это хостел для извращенцев и там много заразы и отказался возвращать деньги. Мы попросили оставить хотя бы багаж не надолго, пока найдём другую гостиницу. Когда мы несли багаж по коридору, в один номер была открыта дверь, а там в кровати лежали два голых парня (геи). Естественно мы и багаж оставлять не стали. Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют, вонь в помещении жуткая. Мы были вынуждены с чемоданами ходить по району и искать другую гостиницу, а так как Рим был последней точкой нашего путешествия и наш бюджет подходил к концу, то ещё одной неприятностью оказалось то что последние деньги пришлось отдать за другую гостиницу. Писала письмо Hotels.com три дня назад о сложившейся ситуации, ответа не получила. Услугами данного сайта пользоваться больше не буду видимо. Но и дело это так не оставлю, жду возврата денег за оплату данного хостела.

The only good part of this room that was shared with two other rooms was that it was close to the train station, that’s it. The rest was terrible, the service, cleanliness, conditions, and the check in was the worst. The owners are not respectful or considerate. They don’t care whether you paid for the room or have a family you need to take care of, they will leave you on the street at 2:00am because it benefits them.

テルミネ駅から歩いて10分程度。ホテルの看板がないので戸惑う。ビルの入り口にインターフォンがありそこにホテル名が書いてあるのでインターフォンを押すとドアを開けてくれるのでそのままレセプションへ。チェックイン前は荷物を預かってくれる。キッチンはあるが狭くキッチン用具は乏しい。レンジなし。私が宿泊したフロアは20人前後いたがトイレ・シャワーが1つのみだったため大混雑だった。他のフロアを利用しようにも雑居ビルなのでどこがホテルのフロアか不明だし各ドアに鍵があるため入れない。困ったのは6人部屋なのにコンセントが1箇所しかなかったこと。同室の子たちと時間がかぶらないように早めに充電してしのいだ。部屋にロッカーがないので貴重品管理はしっかりと。

Go somewhere else

There are no signs at the entrance at all, spent quite some time to look for it. The elevator is horrible, its capacity is so small and it looks very unsafe! The room was acceptable, but not any better than that. Only one bathroom in my corridor, was always occupied by others and had to wait. One of the reasons I chose this was the 24-hour reception. However, there was NO ONE at the counter during check out time!!! What I could do was just to leave the keys there and leave.

Quiet Stay in the Center of Rome

The staff was very pleasant and laid back. The water pressure was strong with very hot water. The cleanliness of the rooms and shower left much to be desired. There was dust everwhere. The only cleaning I witnessed was the changing of the bedding, and the removal of garbage from the bins.
