We loved our stay here! We did 5 nights and the metro station was only a 8 min walk and you can see the colosseum from the property. Easy food options as well. We had someone waiting for us to let us into the building when we arrived and they sent a check in process a few days before we arrived so it was super easy when we go there. Will recommend!

clean room with good AC which is a must in Rome close to a great many attractions. I wouldn’t set to high of an expectation as there isn’t anything breathtaking about the property or amenities but EXTREMELY budget friendly, great staff, and ICE cold ac throughly enjoys our stay

Comfortable stay, had a building and room switch at check in, smaller space, but decent. Not sure if we still got the same value for what we paid for. But it was clean and met our needs so no major complaints. Location was excellent, right in the city. May consider another visit at the original location in the future.

This property was perfect for our stay in Monte. Step outside the doors of the unit and you can see the colosseum. Lots of services nearby including a place for coffee, a stop to pick up wine and dinner nearby. The bed is a newer foam mattress which was very comfortable along with foam pillows. When we asked for 2 more pillows they were available for our second night. Air conditioning worked great! The Uber dropped us off and picked us up from right in front of the unit. It was perfect! Loved this place and would come back

Valeria is a wonderful host who is very helpful. She provided great recommendations for area restaurants and attractions, and helped us reserve transportation. The AC was very cold and quiet, creating a refuge on very hot and humid days. We enjoyed our time in Rome and would stay again!

Top floor COLOSSEO personnel were very helpful and friendly. But I accepted another of their properties nearest the Colosseum historic site and this property had no wifi or breakfast. The picture attached is the view from their property.

Absolute gem! Cannot say enough good things about this place. We had a rough start when we landed in Rome and by the time we arrived to the place, we were a bit frazzled and got turned around in trying to find the location. Michael was so kind; he found us, and helped get to the right place. And Valeria is amazing and made us feel so welcome which put us at ease, and spoiled my wife a bit which was fun! Michael helped us with our bags to the room and got us squared away. Our location is two blocks the Colosseum and near several places to eat; but ask Valeria for recommendations as both were awesome dining experiences! The room was clean and cool. The bed was comfortable and gave us good nights sleep. Again, I cannot overstate how happy we were with our experience and if in Rome again, I would make this our place.

Perfect location for the collisseum, 10 min walk. Less than 10 minutes to a tube stop. Bedroom was spotless. Fridge in room, minimarket nearby that has a wide range of stock. If you just want somewhere clean and quiet to crash this is a good option. Termini is a 20 minute walk or two stops on the tube.

The area was safe, the room was small but very clean and comfortable. The ladies that worked at the counter were so kind and very friendly. The location is really good close to everything and close to the metro. Only drawback was there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room.
