Une chambre a 400$... je m'attendais à quelque chose de beau et confortable!!! Les murs sont grisonnants de marques et de saletés, les matelas sont usés, la cabine de douche est directement dans la chambre!!!! Ça peut aller quand on est en couple mais avec une amie, ça manque d'intimité. On doit marcher 500m vers un autre hôtel pour aller régler la note!!!!

The staff was great excellent communication and quick response. The room could use a little upkeeping. It was clean but the room condition could use a little love. Other than that was good very close to the tourist destinations , food etc.. I was out walking till very late and I felt safe in the area.

Room was as expected, some need for repairs but nothing major. All in all as expected and fair priced. Staff was exceptional, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing felt like an issue, they assisted with luggage storage since we had a late flight at a nearby hotel without hassle and any charges.

Trevi portrait was advertised a soundproof… And it was anything but soundproof. But the staff were really nice and helped to solve the issue by letting us stay in a Sister hotel. That hotel had the best breakfast we’ve ever had. And the room was very lovely.

Struttura immersa in una location di tutto rispetto dell'Urbe. Siamo in Via Rasella a pochi metri da luoghi di interesse storico e artistico di Roma, il tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Fontana di Trevi, il Quirinale, palazzo Barberini e Via del Tritone, tutto magnifico. Poi l'hotel appena ristrutturato e ben organizzato dentro ad un palazzo storico che ti fa sentire immerso in quelle atmosfere romane tipiche. I ragazzi della gestione molto preparati e professionali ci hanno accolto con cortesia e cordialità, ci hanno permesso il deposito bagagli, sia prima che dopo il check-in ed il chick-out, in modo che abbiamo potuto visitare la città senza il peso degli stessi. Vicino poi, ci sono tanti posti di ristoro. Bar, caffè, gelaterie e trattorie tipiche con la cucina romana buona, loro poi te le indicano consegnando agli ospiti un foglio con tutti i recapiti e una mappa del centro. Insomma, se avete in mente una vacanza romana...affidatevi pure a loro, ve li consiglio.
