The booking was made for 3 nights and we booked the morning of the first stay and never got an email with the instructions on how to access the room. We arrived around 9:30 pm and still had not received any instructions??? Very frustrating trying to get ahold of someone the numbers we had weren’t working? Finally someone else staying in the location helped us by phoning someone. We were finally able to get into the unit. We were then informed that we could only stay one night as they had double booked? So I made another reservation with another place in the morning because of what we were told. Then we met the lovely young gentleman who said we could stay in the same room for 1 more night and then we would have to move to a smaller room. He didn’t mention the bed was smaller as well? Once we returned to our new room late in the evening we discovered the bed( super single or maybe a double) had a broken leg and the bed collapsed in one corner. This tiny room clearly was meant for one person. We couldn’t even open our luggage on the floor because there wasn’t enough room. The faucet in the bathroom soaked you with water every time you turned it on. I was very happy with the attendant but communication did not start well and the room was very overpriced for the quality. Also after our first night we spent the day being tourists and when we returned our room had not been cleaned??? No fresh towels no maid service at all?? We were not very pleased.
