Beautiful Room near Spanish Steps

Great place to stay! The room was very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to get breakfast. Walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

Roomy suite

Pro-Nice staff, roomy suite big space, firm bed, convenient location though need to hike uphill. Very good cafe nearby for easy breakfast. Hotel provides snacks and some beverages, no breakfast.. Con-Show door cannot shut closed so shower water spraying all over the floor, and water kettle and coffee machine have hard water stains, not clean.

Overall a good stay, the only real negative would be the damp in the en-suite and that the heated towel rail despite being turned on didn’t work. We also initially struggled with WiFi in our room but realised the router had been unplugged, presumably when the cleaners were in. Good location, would have been nice to of had a receptionist, but well dealt with on WhatsApp.

Receptionist only available in the mornings around checking out time. Property not very clean , safe wasn’t working and we asked it for to be fixed on day one and were ignored even after reminding them the second time!! The only good thing was the location.

The location and the proximity to the metro, and even walking distance to some sites, was great. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The room itself was small but typical for Europe buildings/rooms. I do wish there was more initiation and proactive communication from Sistina TwentyThree. All I had received from the property was my booking confirmation via email upon booking the reservation. There was instruction within the email about the late check in process (which my partner & I were going to need), and to notify the property. I emailed them 4 times regarding the process and got no response. I called the numbers listed on their website and within the email and eventually received a WhatsApp message from the number that I was attempting to call. Of note - their preferred method of communication is WhatsApp (although it's not mentioned anywhere within the confirmation email or website). All in all, once the kinks were worked out, our stay was pleasant.

Only for a night stay

For one stay is fine, but no more than that. The shower was broken, the air conditioning stopped working at 3am, the room was very small and the window is to a indoor building area.

The room looked extremely larger in the photos! They were super tight for space. We like hear everything in the hallway. We came in for the start of honeymoon and it was not screaming set the mood! The mini fridge didn’t work well….it was the middle of a heat wave and we couldn’t keep our drinks cold! The rooms were clean and the receptionist was super nice!

This property is very unique, clean and very well located. We loved they provided us with free snacks and coffee every morning. The place makes you feel at home, it is very well organized and decorated. We were there for a week and we did not want to leave. If you are looking for a comfortable suite for two this is the perfect one. *Plus: walking distance for the trevi fountain, pantheon, great restaurants and shopping areas. You won't regret . On a adoré l'emplacement de l'hôtel. Ideal pour visiter Rome à pieds et la disponibilité de Caren. Bien qu'on avait réservé une chambre double standard, la chambre était très étroite et elle manquait de place pour mettre les valises. La salle de bain etait correct malgré le manque de pression de la douche et le manque d'eau chaude... La literie était très bien. Cependant, impossible de se reposer le matin. La chambre est très mal insonorisée. Les voisins du dessus qui courent dans leur appartement et les portes qui claquent... Sans compter que durant tout notre séjour, la femme de ménage, présente tôt le matin, ne s'est pas gênée à plusieurs reprises de frapper à notre porte pour nous réveiller afin de nous donner des linges propres... Le ménage n'a jamais été fait alors que nous quittions la chambre aux alentours de 10h. Il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir un panneau recto-verso: "ne pas deranger" / "libre"... Les vacances sont faits pour se reposer... Le jour de notre départ, nous devions quitter la chambre à 11h. A 10h45, la femme de ménage nous a mis dehors en râlant... alors que nous étions en train de finir nos bagages...

Luxury rooms, but problems with some issues!

We have just stayed at this great place. The room is stunning with high ceilings and a feel of old meets new. The bed is so comfortable for a good night's sleep. The shower is amazing, although on arrival we only had hand towels and were told this was all there was. It's a very clean room and has the wow factor. Location is really central and you can walk to all the main attractions. Reception isn't manned 24 hours a day so if you have a late check in you need to let them know. We drove and parked about 5 minutes away in a multi storey car park which was €18 for 24 hours, it's a bit tricky to get to with the one way system though! We had an issue with a table which we reported as an accident but the owners claimed it was our fault and took €500 without permission! It looks as though it has been paid back but we are having some difficulty in them replying to our emails to confirm this! Hopefully this was a one off issue but check everything is ok on arrival to save the stress that we have had. The lady on reception was very helpful and pleasant. The room we had was very cramped as it tapered into a point which rendered 30% of the room unusable. Very close to all the major sight seeing attractions.

On a adoré la localisation, la chambre (suite 1), le style, le service. On a moins aimé la douche à l'italienne qui s'écoulait mal et dont les portes sont peu hermétiques lors des douches. Ainsi que le manque de bouilloire dans la chambre.

Excelente acomodação em Roma. Quartos muito confortáveis e muito limpos. Bem localizado no Centro, a poucos metros de vários monumentos históricos, da Vila Borghese, etc. Área com muitos restaurantes, lojas, mercados, tudo de que precisamos. E o mais importante, a ótima recepção de Karen, que dá ao cliente toda ajuda necessária.

Beautiful room with SUPER comfortable king size bed. Pillows were also very comfortable. AC works marvellously. The only small “problem” was the wifi constantly cuts out. Other than that, this place is perfect and is walking distance to all of Rome’s main sites.
