The San Pietro Grand Suite is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, a metro station. The rooms are modern and extremely clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. The instructions for getting into the hotel are a little confusing, but when you see the place, it all becomes clear and extremely easy. I recommend taking the SIT bus service to and from the airport, which is 6 euro per person each way. The hotel staff recommended it because the Vatican bus stop is so close by, and it worked out very well. - The breakfast, which is brought to your room each day, is lovely. But my one criticism of the hotel is that they really need to serve breakfast beginning at about 6:30am. Busy tourists need to leave the hotel early. We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast three out of six mornings at the hotel because the 8am start to breakfast is just not early enough. They did offer to provide yogurt and pastry the day before an early tour, which we were able to put in the refrigerator to eat before we left that day, which was very nice. **Overall, I highly recommend the San Pietro Grand Suite.

Modern clean room with easy access and great location against the Vatican. Walk to restaurants all throughout the area. Attentive staff with breakfast ordered the night before delivered to your room - very nice!

Wonderful stay for my family, highly recommend!!! Airport pickup was arranged by the host and went smoothly. The location is great, across from the Vatican with so many shopping and dining option within walking distance. Taxi stand right around the corner and a mercato across the street. The room was very clean and breakfast was excellent and delivered to your room at the time you selected. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great sized room for the three of us, and very convenient location near the Vatican and metro. Breakfast was good, beds we’re comfortable and the air conditioning was a big plus, given the hot temperatures we encountered in Rome.

We were provided with our room on arrival which was a relief as we were exhausted after travel. It was a lovely an easy stay. All the staff are lovely and ready to help. Antonella and the other girl on arrival I dont remember her name but all were nice. Breakfast was also served in time everyday and all are request were adhered too.. Well done team You were amazing.

This property is in a great location. The owner or staff were amazing and so helpful they helped with our transfers aswell. Also we didn’t realise we needed photo id for our son as under 18 for colosseum and I rung to see if they could help and they did. Great communication throughout via WhatsApp. Nothing seemed too much for them. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent position of the B&B if you want to visit city by foot but also if you prefer the public transportation. Beds are very comfortable, towels large and good, stuff was very nice and helpful through the staying. Breakfast is being brought to you at the room according to pre-agrred selection and time. I would strongly recommend it as perfect value for money and very nice starting point for your Roma experience. Iva

We love the staff - they're so friendly & accommodating. We like the contemporary style of the room & bathroom. We love that there are 2 balconies. The hotel is so close to the Vatican. Taxi line was right around the corner. Breakfast was ordered the day before & delivered to our door whatever time we wished. We highly recommend this hotel! We just wish there was a visible front desk.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Grand Suite, the room was very clean and comfortable for my group of 3. Perfect location with a very short walk to the Vatican, restaurants and shops. The Staff was wonderful and cordial.

Great location for the Vatican. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Property was nice enough but not quite as nice as the photo. Shower was just kind of goofy and the check in process was confusing. I can take some of the blame for that but we were bumping in to other guest having problems as well. Make sure you read all of your documents, emails, and texts carefully.

Once your in, it’s a great place to stay!!
It was hard work finding the hotel and even harder to get in the hotel. The hotel is unmanned, you need access codes to get in the doors, we weren’t told about this beforehand, so had to ring the website number to find out how to get in, not ideal when you arrive late and have a young child with you. Once that was sorted, our stay was really pleasant, room was great, location was great and staff when they were there were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrived when requested every morning. Now I know how to get in the hotel, i would definitely stay here again.

Luigi the owner was nice , helpful, the staff was friendly, always prompt to help, area with excellent location, public transportation, and restaurants just steps away. Vaticanos less than a block, just keep in mind is not a regular hotel with a door man and 24 hrs front desk, but is a very nice place that I spend couple days with my family and we had the Rome experience. Make sure you have some cash to pay the city taxes, unable to pay with credit card. I will be back to this hotel and Istrongly recommend this place

A great property that was central to the vatican and st peters bascilica. Taxi rank just out the front. Metro just a few minutes walk away. Room was very clean and the host was very helpful. Only downside the road was very busy. But if u are out all day. U sleep very well at night. A great shower and a comfy bed.

Lovely Stay
They were so nice! The room was as expected. The breakfast was fantastic (gave me an excuse to indulge in pastries haha). The management was very responsive via messaging and helpful with any questions. Location was great. be aware that you can hear people on the street but that's as expected being in such a high traffic area. No complaints. Would definitely recommend!
