We didn’t get the room that we booked. The owner shifted us to a different address in a very low standard room. Very poor hygiene, especially in the shower. Not even an apology from the owner, very rude. I would suggest staying away from this property.

A localização é excelente, pertinho da Estação Termini. Os funcionários são educados (em se tratando de Roma, já é um diferencial). O quarto é bem simples (diferente das fotos). Limpam todo dia. Cama e banheiro no limite do razoável. A escolha foi baseada no preço e proximidade da estação. É um local para dormir, sem atrativo algum, portanto se você quer conforto, não recomendo. Quanto a mim, fiquei satisfeita na relação custo x benefício.

The room was very good for the price. It was very clean. It has free wifi and the best thing was air conditioning which helped have a good nights sleep. The location is very close to the terminal so excellent for getting around.

Service was excellent and the accommodations were decent. The a/c had a tough time keeping up during the Rome heatwave and the WiFi went off a few times.

Basic Clean Room for a Quick Stay

We stayed at Roma Art Rooms for one night as we were passing back through Rome to fly back home. The location was very convenient to Roma Termini train station which was perfect for our purposes. The room was clean and included what we needed for our short stay (towels, shampoo, clean sheets, etc). The staff checking us in were friendly, and check-in was quick. We entered our room directly from the lobby, so we could hear talking from our room. For our stay, this wasn't a problem, but it wouldn't be enough privacy for me for a long term stay. The hotel was well secured (we needed a key for an outside gate, the front door, and for our room). Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Disappointing stay.

The location is amazing. Right next to the Rome Terminal. The accomodation is extremely basic. The walls and doors were incredibly thin to the point where you can literally hear everything happening in the hotel all night. The light in the room wouldn’t turn completely off so we had to unscrew the light bulb to sleep. There were signs everywhere to save power and water and there was no remote for the air conditioning and the heating didn’t work at all. The towel they provided looked and felt very old. The check in was confusing however the room was very clean.

It is the worst experience in my tourist life. This BB is terrible. No necessary furniture. They charge two Euros for each deposited package. The water is cold. Except for the location, nothing is good. I could not understand why this BB had so high scores, which misled me. And the price they charge is to high at this quality. Afterwards, I shifted to a four stars hotel nearby, I only paid about 10 Euros more per night.

lo mejor que está al lado de termini y la mujer que te atiende al principio, por lo demás, la calefacción no funciona ni el aire acondicionado tampoco, y si en abril todavía hace fresco, las almohadas son papel de fumar y al menos en nuestra habitación se escuchaba toda la bajante de agua del edificio en todo momento. A y si tienes suerte durante tu estancia dos queridos operarios entran a cambiarte las contraventanas de la habitación.

Be aware if your credit card info. They charge both me and my husband’s credit card without approval. Not an honest business. Watch out for your credit card and personal info.

룸도 깨끗하고, 관리도 잘해주십니다. 테르미니 역이 보일정도로 위치도 가깝고, 1번 출구쪽이라 확실히 더 안전해요. 사장님도 친절하시고, 다음에 로마여행 가게되면 또 숙박할 예정입니다!ㅎㅎ

Good value for money

This is a location very near to the train station. We based ourselves here and walk all the way to the Vatican City even. The staff here are polite and this is a good value for money place. The bed is decent, the water is hot and the water pressure is good.

Good for the price

Booked the place via hotels.com the night before. Got there and they had not checked their system so had no idea we were coming. They were very helpful and were able to give us a room after about 15 minutes. Located very close to train station which is helpful. Place is in OK condition. Biggest complaint is the noise. We were in the basement and if could hear every movement above us as well as street noise. As it is cheap for Rome, I guess it is worth it.

The facility was very clean, which was a bonus. It was very basic, with one worn towel each and the walls were paper thin, with some of the fixtures showing wear. Everything was fine with the exception of some very noisy people one of the nights, and since there are no staff on duty, there was nobody to help put a stop to it. But, overall, if one needs a cheap and clean place to crash that’s near good transport, this does nicely.
