I had spent the entire day sightseeing after my flight. I had come to the hotel hoping to relax. At first glance, it seemed good. The beds were clean, the room was neat, and the bathroom looked clean. The room itself was small and the walls seemed to be in not the best condition however I did not mind because I only planned to sleep and shower here. Sleeping was fine. However the bathroom was horrible. The water does not keep its temperature and I almost burned myself all week attempting to shower in the volatile water. First it was freezing cold and then burning me. Not only that, but when we showered, the bidet began to leak. The entire bathroom floor flooded. The owner ignored us when we told him about it and proceeded to say that everything was fine even though we had showed him picture evidence. He was extremely rude during these conversations as I tried to explain the struggles we had been going through in the bathroom. The one thing I wanted was a place to sleep and shower, and this is honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I am not one to usually complain. We should have gotten compensation however he was rude and ignored us. I would never recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

I was expecting his judgment you must know how to use the mixer I showed him how it works and we have never had problems with past customers and the showers were done and several times I showed him that the sanitary ware was not leaking more than once both the sink and the bidet and the toilet and the shower strange case when I entered there was no water on the floor very strange and I mistook the bidet for the urinal as you showed me in your msg therefore the water that you showed me in the the photo will have fallen to you while you are washing but I already had it in her square from the first day of her arrival which was ………….

Accommodation standard was very much below expectations, similar to a hostel not a hotel. Description on Expedia said breakfast was included but that was not the case as there were no facilities at the property to make that even possible. Room provided was in the basement, we couldn't reach the windows and the noise of the road didn't let us sleep very much.

Nice place in old building. Comfortable and clean room. Subway and train station with direct connection to the airport is nearby. Also local area provides walking opportunities (parks, catacombs etc) and supermarket & pizza caffes are also available.

It was very nice inside, the staff were personable and helpful. Very attractive building and easy to find from the nearest Metro station, Ponte Lungo.

A nice little hotel that has very friendly staff
My room was decorated in a tasteful way. The bathroom is small but very nice and clean. I was able to walk to the Hospital St. Giovanni where I needed to go to and I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful old house.

Very frustrating and dissappointing stay.
It was terrible. I had booked the hotel the day I left for my trip and there was not information to say you had to tell them when you are arriving.I could not check my email before arriving four days later. We had to phone the number on the door and waited over an hour for somebody to come open the door for us, after a long day of driving and in a foreign country it felt hopeless. We had to call four times, fortunate people let us borrow their phone, we were promised 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes by the man and then the lady promised 5 minutes before a girl who cannot speak English turns up. Breakesfast was basically a croissant and a hot drink. Be warned.

La struttura ha potenzialità, trovandosi in un punto raggiunto da Bus, vicino alla metro etc, e anche ben strutturata come predisposizione interna, essendo ricavata da una terrazza. Purtroppo tutto qst non serve quando c'è improvvisazione nell accoglienza, ma soprattutto l appartamento non viene curato. La nota più dolente è la pulizia, in quanto è molto superficiale e la polvere è dappertutto.. Peccato, xké l'ottimo prezzo e la posizione sono punti importanti. C'è da migliorare parecchio per essere all' altezza della situazione.

Very dissapointed... Looks a lot different than in the pictures... It smelled, dirty everywhere, no staff available, only 1 towel for 4 days, etc. Do NOT recommend this place. The smell was the worst, we had to sleep with the window open AND airconditioning just to breath properly...

good morning I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the stench could you tell us we would have intervened properly with the plumber for qunato the ascigamani warned 4 two each and the change takes place every 2 days and the total change every 4 and then I was always present in the structure every morning from 9 to 13 as usual together with the police lady we are still sorry that it is found bad anyway thanks paul

Pulizia pessima
Mi spiace lasciare una recensione negativa. Il posto è carino e comodo per la vicinanza alla metro ma la pulizia è inesistente. Polvere dappertutto, pavimento sporco e il bagno non era stato lavato prima del mio arrivo, quindi c'erano peli e capelli nella doccia e nel lavandino e il water e la rubinetteria erano sporchi. Ho dovuto provvedere autonomamente alla pulizia, come meglio potevo, con delle salviette igenizzanti.

Il servizio del personale Deludente, ho acquistato online tre notti per 89 euro e quando sono arrivata ne volevo acquistare altre e 2 notti già concordati telefonicamente prima col titolare mi aveva garantito che non ci fossero stati problemi e invece quando sono arrivata non mi ha fatto lo stesso prezzo ma molto di più è un più con espressione antipatica ha insinuato che non fosse vero di aver pagato tre notti 89 euro con tanto di ricevuta! Non ci ritornerò mai più esperienza pessima e poi prenoto per doppia paghi per doppia e ti fanno trovare gli asciugamani per singola!

Ottimo luogo in cui ci si può soggiornare senza problemi, ottimo prezzo e cosa importante autonoma con cucina utilizzabile, posto molto centrato e comodo per poter trovare i vari posti che si vogliono visitare.

Arrivata nella struttura sono rimasta senza parole perché al di fuori era davvero un incanto una facciata pulita ed elegante e mi sono chiesta Se anche all'interno fosse stata come l'esterno. Bene una volta entrata mi ha accolto un signore molto gentile e mi ha mostrato la mia camera matrimoniale anche essa si mostrava elegante, pulita con tutto il necessario .. anche il bagno molto carino. La mattina dopo un ottima colazione in uno spazio colorato e confortevole con la luminosità del sole.. ho trovato finalmente un ottimo b&b e lo consiglierei a tutti.

A parte l'accoglienza classica e accettabile, la struttura è carina da fuori e nella hall, ma nei tre giorni trascorsi ci hanno detto che gli asciugamani sarebbero stati sostituiti dopo 4 giorni - WIFI con Hot Spot non funzionante nonostante che il titolare mi dicesse che funziona e che per registrarti devi già dare una valutazione senza averlo usato -. Riscaldamento ad orari per cui sono tornato nel pomeriggio e sono stato al freddo(condizionatore presente ma senza telecomando) - Pulizia e arredi di scarsa qualità -. Senza comunicare al titolare che i prodotti della colazione erano scaduti da giorni(yogurt) e ciambella dura fatta da tempo, il tipo non gli ha nemmeno controllati e sostituiti con prodotti freschi e nuovi, per cui ho ripiegato solamente con fette biscottate e marmellata in confezione singola, un caffè caldo appena fatto con macchinetta ma freddo, un cornetto cotto da tempo e duro. Non essendo molto esigente nel ricevere la qualità che dovrei avere, no la consiglio per persone particolari ed esigenti.

ringrazio per il giudizio ma essendo presente tutti i i giorni in struttura poteva farmi notare tutte le mancanze che a elencato non per scusa ma avevo una donna a fare le colazione e controllare le varie cose tante che e stat licenziata per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento 10 ore giornaliere credo che a roma bastano i condizionatori sono per il freddo il wi-fi purtroppo dipende dalle linee telefoniche non da me piu che segnalare al gestore il problema non so che posso fare molto poi se si presenta e meglio per sapere con chi ho a che fare grazie paolo

Mi limito ad esporre i fatti: nella doccia grosso ciuffo di capelli attaccato alle piastrelle appena arrivati, al secondo giorno chiedo quando verrà pulito il bagno e sostituiti gli asciugamani che avevamo lasciato per terra in quanto da cambiare, risposta: il bagno lo puliamo tutti i giorni, gli asciugamani li cambiamo ogni tre giorni..., rientrati in stanza la sera era sparito il ciuffo di capelli ma gli asciugamani sporchi sono stati risistemati (male) sullo scalda-salviette. Avendoci assegnato una camera a fianco alla stanza colazioni, non si è mai potuto dormire oltre le ore 07.45, anche il primo gennaio. Porta e finestre vecchie che fanno passare sia i rumori che il freddo. Chiesto di poter utilizzare un micro onde per scaldare dell'acqua, risposta non abbiamo il microonde e i fornelli della cucina non si possono utilizzare per la sicurezza.

Fint hotell med mycket bra läge!
Fint hotell med höga tak, vita och fräscha väggar, fin inredning. Läget är superbra då du har metrostation nära, det är omringat av restauranger, kaféer, barer, shopping osv. Finns även en fin och mysig park i närheten. Personalen på hotellet var supertrevliga, speciellt tjejen som ordnade frukosten, hon var så himla god! Det enda som hotellet skulle behöva förbättra är städningen som inte gjordes dagligen. Annars var det verkligen superbra!

consigliato per posizione e comfort generale
ho trascorso in questo B&B una settimana a gennaio. mi sono trovata benissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti: pulizia e comfort della camera, cordialità e disponibilità del personale, tranquillità e silenzio. la colazione può essere migliorata ma nel complesso, è più che accettabile. è a disposizione degli ospiti il frigorifero e la macchinetta per te e caffè. posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla metro ponte lungo e 10 dalla stazione tuscolana.

un posto tranquillo e funzionale
Perfetta la stanza, pulita e funzionale anche se piccola. Unica pecca, ma questo non dipende dai gestori, la vicinanza con la ferrovia ed il passaggio frequente di treni.Gentili i gestori, comodo la vicinanza allestazioni metro.
