Decent location to Piazza Popolo. Smallish room.No label on doorbell so outside waiting, the hotel guy across the way helped me. Lacking customer service. Hassle with checkin no mention of Expedia credit or breakfast or water. Hotel is responsible for updating Expedia. No toilet paper or paper holder in bathroom on arrival. Neglected to mention hidden button opening street level gate from inside knowing I was leaving 5am for airport. Would not stay again.

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.

George, the staff member who greeted us, was informative and helpful. We found the location to be lacking. The streets around it were not well lit, dirty, and the location was too far from places to eat or shop. The only thing we found convenient was the market which was limited. We never found laundry services and the elevator worked for one floor only. Thank goodness George helped us with the luggage. He was so nice. The room was clean and Ricardo asked us about our needs for towels. George called a taxi for us. Overall the room was nice but the location was awful. It cost us a lot for taxis and we did a lot of walking. I would rate the service and room as a 5 out of 10 stars and the location a 2 out of 10 stars. We did not get shuttle service like we thought which was listed as an available amenity. The elevator is limited. The location was just not good. Thank goodness for George! Breakfast because of timing (opened at 8) only worked for us one day and we had to rush. Most activities started or we had to leave earlier and missed it although it was included. It is our least favorite place during our 3 week vacation. A plus - the room was extremely clean and updated.

All around Amazing
This place was beyond out expectations! The room was beyond spacious and conveniently located within walking distance to all major activities within Venice. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a great time at the bar located within our hotel. The bar hostess (Umair) was excellent in keeping us entertained. All around good times indeed.

The room size, the bathroom and cleanliness are all very good. The downside is that you either get a quiet room in the back of the building with views of walls, or a room with a the river and trees but on a very noisy street with windows that are not soundproof. A very unfriendly surprise was the 15 Euros you will have to pay if you arrive after 20:00, and the lack of TV channels in English. It is the kind of making profit off customers I will not go back to.

Pros: walkable location, clean room, staff at the property was nice/helpful, let me store luggage after checkout. Cons: poor response time via messaging apps (tried several times on different apps they advertise usage on), airport shuttle is not truly available if requested therefore false advertising OR it’s only for specific times which is not communicated clearly.

The property was located in a fantastic neighborhood! Easy walking and a grocery next door! Staff cleaned the room every day! Check in was easy and communication was great! Will stay at this location every time we visit Rome! Great staff, close to Transpotation, shopping, and restaurants!

Nice room, air conditioning was important in the summer, right next to the river, central location with easy access to key sites/attractions. Supermarket next door if you need one - really enjoyed my stay.

Best choice
We have been in this hotel before and we loved it. This is our second time and we love it more. It is clean and the bathroom is like new. Service is great and the next door convenient store is a great plus. The hotel is within walking distance from tons of attractions...we are looking forward to come again.

Great location! 6 min walk to the subway station at Lepanto. From there, it was easy to go a few stops to amazing shopping or Termini station. Wonderful daily breakfast and room cleaning. Just know, this is not a hotel.

Great place to stay in Rome definitely deserves 5 stars. The breakfast is delicious, the room itself is very comfortable to include the bed, and the location is very convenient, you’re only 4 minutes to the Lepanto metro station or bus. Some other great features are the grocery store next door and plenty of close spots to pick up a coffee or snack. Prima guesthouse also cleans your room each day and restocks your fridge with complimentary water along with other items for purchase at a minimal cost. I really cannot say enough about Prima Guesthouse Collection they made our stay in Rome exceptional and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!
We stayed here for 3 nights and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s close to a metro station which is €1.50 each got 100 minuets or it was less than a mile to the Spanish steps & Trevi fountain! The room was clean, spacious & modern! All of the staff were very friendly & spoke good English! Breakfast was Delicious & good variety! We were able to leave our luggage before & after checkout which was a great help! There was a supermarket two doors down for anything you needed! We would 100% recommend staying here!

Hidden Gem of Rome
We arrived after 8 pm and was a little turned off by the exterior of the hotel and inside (before we got to our room) was not what we expected from a hotel BUT the next morning we saw the beautiful river outside, grocery store next door, shops and restaurants just a few streets up, and AMAZING breakfast (the lady in charge was so attentive). The location is walking distance from the Vatican, and honestly 20-30 mins from all the sites and attraction you need to see in Rome. The beds were super comfortable, free water, and my fav part was the shower with great water pressure, it was very relaxing after a long day of walking around! I would def stay here again and again!

2 night stay in Rome
Great 2 night stay at the Prima Guest House. Very clean and well maintained. The only negative about this place, if you call it negative, is that it is almost like a Airbnb with the fact they have no signage outside their building for the hotel and you have to go through 2 different security coded doors to get into the hotel which is basically in a bigger building with other businesses and offices running out of it too. A unique situation! The rooms were nice and big with your own private shower and toilet and also a big nice bed that wasnt just two twin size beds put together like it is in a lot of European hotels. Very clean property and a free breakfast as well although we weren't able to try that out as they only bring it out from 8-10a.m. and we were already out exploring the city by then to beat the crowds!

The property is conveniently located close to the city centre and is handy for such locations as the Villa Borghese, St Peter’s and the Vatican Museum. The room was quite spacious, spotlessly clean and had a nice view of the River Tiber from the balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast deserves a special mention! There is very well-stocked supermarket almost next door to the hotel, which we found very useful. Overall, if we ever thought of coming back to Rome, we would certainly consider staying there again.

Totally remodeled and clean and the staff was great. It was close to many attractions and the next door convenient store was a plus. The wifi was fast and powerful. We will use this place again if we go to Rome again.
