Accommodating, clean and conveniently located.

Service was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, and we were allowed to leave our bags so we could grab a bite and then were allowed to check in about an hour early.

Fomos bem recebeida mesmo chegando fora do horario do nossco check-in devido ao atraso do nosso voo. Lugar limpo, seguro e próximo da estação Termini Roma que é de onde saem trens, onibus e metro para o resto da cidade e outras cidades. Ficamos muito felizes e satisfeitas com a nossa estadia.

Ótima localização próxima ao termini. Um dos atendentes foi muito atencioso quando chegamos, porém, o outro nos tratou mal desde o primeiro dia e inclusive chegou a ofender em algum momento. No geral, se ignorar esse caso específico a estadia atendeu as expectativas.

We were lucky that we had an upgrade for the room. We had a lot of space for the two of us, in a four person room. The residence lays near by the center city, which makes it easy to walk in and to the area.

Clean, good price, nice staff!

The design is not new or modern but the room and bathroom is very clean. Everyday, somebody makes the bed which is unexpectedly amazing. Got a tv and air con in the room. It’s a good price to stay there.

Great location, terrible beds

The pros: the location close to Termini Station; lots of good restaurants in the area; located in a relatively quiet and safe area. The room was clean and well-maintained. The con: the bed was incredibly hard and painful to sleep on; the pillows were so thin as to be essentially non-existant. I would probably stay here again because of the price, but they could invest in a few pillowtops for the mattresses.

Disappointing Stay Misleading Location and Poor

I wouldn’t stay at Hotel Palma again. When I booked, the hotel location shown was close to Roma Termini, but upon arrival, I found out the actual address was different. The hotel is in another building, farther away from the station, which was misleading. That alone was already frustrating, but it got worse. The room I was given had serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom drain was clogged every time I showered or brushed my teeth, dirty water came back up through the drain. I informed the reception, and their only attempt to fix it was with a sink plunger, which obviously didn’t work. Even with the ongoing issue, they didn’t offer me another room or any compensation. I had to stay the entire time with a bad smell and an unusable bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. The overall maintenance of the room was poor, and the cleaning standards left much to be desired. Given the misleading address and the poor handling of a basic issue like drainage, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Está bien para pasar algunos días en Roma. En nuestro caso no funcionaba el frigobar, dijeron que lo repararian pero nunca lo hicieron. El calefactor para la noche tampoco funcionaba bien. Habia ruidos en la calle. Zona centrica y cerca de Termini. El personal es atento aunque con serios problemas de comunicación por el idioma.

Address given was incorrect. They sent us to another address a few blocks away who then sent us to a different building (they have several apartments converted to rooms). Didn’t expect much for the price but the shower head was broken and the shower drained so slowly we had to keep shutting off the shower in order to not flood the place.

I booked 2 rooms. When we checked in about 7 pm, the hotels transferred us to Palma Residence, Building 2, which is very old and dirty residence, without telling us in advance. Receptionists is so so but the cleaning lady named Elisa is wonderful. She was very kind and helpful in assisting us to put luggages in the storage in Palma Residence, building 1 where we thought we would be staying there. Thanks much Elisa. In short, we are very disappointed and will never come back this residence. It needs to be improved in cleanliness and room amenities.
