The property was at a great location, close to the Vatican City and extremely close to the Metro. The location had amazing restaurants and the shopping was excellent.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Do not stay here. When I arrived the toilet was…full. Disgusting. And the hotel staff did not care at all. No apology. No nothing. I was given the wrong instructions on how to use the elevator (the link they send in the informational email is wrong) and spent an hour trying to get ahold of an unresponsive front desk (they has disconnected their phone). The hallway leading to the room is dark and dangerous to return to at night. This place is awful. Not worth the price at all.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
