Not one to share reviews, but truly this place deserved one. We are a group of 5 girls doing a 2 week trip around Europe. We have been to 5 different countries, with Italy being our last stop. We have done Airbnb’s, hotels, you name it. When we got to Rome and checked into this hotel, we were able to store our luggage securely, the women gave us an entire map with areas to look at, restaurant recommendations, etc. You are central to everything in terms of location. When we we able to get in our room, it was so clean, the beds were the most comfortable we have had, a Dyson hair dryer, great water pressure, AC, etc!! We were sad to leave because none of our experiences have been as great as with this hotel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Rome.

Not a fancy place but very comfortable and nice located near the Trevi fountain . . What I did I not understand was I put 4 guest and they charge me for one extra guest , even though they put the price for 4 and they had two double beds in the apartament .

With the exception of misrepresentation of the 2 queen beds and what is a twin size bed for the family suite, I was quite impressed with our stay for a family of 5. The description should have read 1 queen bed in bedroom, pullout queen sofa bed and 1 twin size cot. Its proximity to everything couldn’t be any better. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

The apartment is located in a fantastic area from where it is an easy walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum and more. The apartment was extremely clean, though a bit noisy at night. The only thing we didnt like was, we had told them in advance that we are only coming for two days ( our 10th year anniversary and my birthday) and we were hoping to really make an unforgettable trip. We were not allowed to check out later ( checkout is at 10 :30) and though we were allowed to leave our bags in the office, there was no place to shower and refresh before heading out to the airport. Otherwise, it is a great property

Dear guest, we are sorry but you reserved an apartment for 2 and it is clearly stated that this kind of category can host only 2 people and you showed up in 3. Maybe you made a mistake while you were reserving but honestly, it's not our fault. We have other apartments that can fit up to 5 people, bigger and spacious, but our Junior Suite is designed for a couple. We couldn't help you by giving you a bigger place because we were fully booked. Plus, all the photos online represent the apartments as they are in reality as hundreds of other reviews from other guests state.RegardsOriana Homèl Staff

Wonderful central location to walk to all main sites. Welcome and staff communication was exceedingly good. As it was an apartment there’s no concierge but to counter balance this we had a WhatsApp set up so we could ask any questions which were answered promptly. Only slight downside was the noise of the city but didn’t expect any different when so central

This is not a luxury apartment, the pictures are very deceiving. It’s basic and needs a lot of repairs. The staff however was fantastic. Beware if you keep your window or balcony door open, mosquitoes will get in. My husband has bites all over.

Our apartment was very comfortable. Walking distance to most main sights in Ancient Rome, restaurants and COOP supermarket. Two bus stops within 120 metres enabled us to get to places when we where tired from walking. This is helpful especially if you aim to do the major sights in a short period of time. Daily house keeping was very basic.

Perfect apartment in the centre of the city
We stayed in an apartment for four nights in February and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Prior to departure, we were added to a concierge WhatsApp group to discuss our arrangements for getting from the airport to the apartment (two-way transfers are €70 from Ciampino or €100 from Fiumicino, most people will find this more convenient than taxi transfers at €60 and €96 respectively). The rooms were clean and the kitchen was adequate for a short stay. WiFi was excellent throughout the stay. The apartment was originally set up for two guests sharing a single room - when we informed the staff via WhatsApp that we would like the use of the sofabed, this was set up for us with no fuss. Housekeeping service was unexpected, but appreciated. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain - and we were able to walk to all major attractions with no fuss (Vatican City was the furthest point, and took around 40 minutes walking). We would definitely stay again, and would recommend the apartment.

The staff was very nice. Tonio kept in touch with us for over a week prior to our arrival to ensure we had all the information we needed to find the property, and provided reliable and safe taxi information. The apartment was very small. The pictures made it look a lot larger, when it was actually extremely crowded, however, it was very clean, The bathroom (shower room) was uncomfortably small. Very difficult to take a good shower. The location was good. near the Fontana di Trevi and many restaurants.

Great modern apartment in central Rome
Lovely modern, comfortable, spacious apartment ideally situated for all attractions and restaurants. Staff extremely helpful. If I had to criticise it would just be to say that it would be helpful if the apartments could have better signage and directions for arrival. Our taxi did struggle to find although once we messaged the owners they quickly came to find us. Overall - Brilliant!

The apartment is good enougth but it's not like the photos they show The water got cold while you were bathing Housekeeping not very good, and when we checked in the dishwasher had dirty dishes from the previous guest. The dishwasher is not working. It had amenities for the bathroom. And in the kitchen too. The person that did our check in (Antonio) offered data that He never sent Very good location

Hello Paula, Thank you for reviewing us, really sorry for the dishwasher but it is not included in the services available, even because as you could notice we dish the dirty dishes every morning (service included in the services). The issue occurred with dirty dishes it was a mistake made by our staff, we noticed it during the check in procedure and we cleaned them immediately.....sometime it can happen!! About the water, there are 100 liters of warm water available but you turned accidentally off the boiler.....that's why the hot water finished so early.. Anyway thank you to stay with us...

Comfortable apartment, welcoming host.
The apartment is in an excellent location, near the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. We were met by Antonio who couldn't have been more helpful. He recommended places to eat and booked a table for us at one of them (Il Vero Alfredo) which was really good. The only downside was that there were no pods for the coffee machine which my husband was looking forward to, however we managed! Very spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend staying here, if we visit Rome again we will!! We booked an airport transfer with Antonio before our trip and it was excellent, the taxi driver was waiting at the airport and again on our return flight was at the apartment in good time. The apartment isn't easy to find so it was a great help having someone to deliver us to the door where Antonio was waiting.

Eventhough the host was great the room is completely different from the pictures. We were expecting a cozy and comfortable room and were surprised to see a minimal apartment . The location is good.

It doesn't get any better than this
If you have found Oriana Suites online consider your luck ! This is a fantastic location from which to explore the main Rome attractions. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon are within easy walking distance. We stayed as a couple in the “Suite with private Terrace” overlooking the Piazza San Silvestre. Despite being in the heart of the city It’s incredibly quite inside. We loved the clean modern décor and kitchen with good free wifi. The king size bed on the mezzanine floor is amazing with a memory foam mattress and pillows (I want for home) There is a collapsible bed and a sofa bed on the lower level if needed. Our suite incorporated a 50” TV with Sky and BBC Channels for news addicts like me. Spent a few evenings on the terrace with a book and a bottle of wine. There is easy access to traditional Italian restaurants and a McDonalds across the street for fast food addicts. OK I know that’s culinary sacrilege but will probably satisfy the kids. The kitchen contains all you need for dining in Including a Nespresso coffee machine. Tonio was our host a very helpful guy clearly well connected and a mine of local information. You can’t beat Oriana Suites for quality, comfort, relaxation and location. We highly recommend

Our host was very nice and helpful. Sadly, the apt has seen better days. Lots of little things that added up... such as lack of clean towels, one flat pillow each, one thin sheet and when I asked for a light blanket I received a comforter sized to fit a single bed. The espresso maker didn't work, the shower was very tiny and although the place was generally clean, the shower curtain was not. There were exactly 2 glasses in the cabinet, no sponge to clean dishes with, no dish towel or paper towels... and the chairs in the kitchen were very uncomfortable. I enjoyed the small terrace but if it had an umbrella, it would have been used much more....too hot in the summer. Appearance was ok....there was a fist-sized hole in the ceiling above the cabinet??? and the walls could have used a coat of paint. Lastly, my wife was nearly bludgeoned by the window in the bathroom. The window came crashing down when she tried to adjust it and would have caused serious injury if it hit her. The other odd thing is that the tv is in the bedroom dresser and you must be on the bed to watch it. Other than the small chairs in the kitchen, there is nowhere to sit. This struck me as silly as there is enough space for a small couch and the TV would be great on the wall.

This Suites that you booked is the last suite, of our 5, that we are going to renovate....(repainting, shower crystal box, living room couch and other little things that we have to improve). I am very upset that you did not like our memory foam pillows (you could ask us exttra pillow, during our daily chek) and our king size memory foam mattress, but everyone had his preferences. Anyway this apartment (it has just 1 years) will have again his best days and we hope that you want to come back to judge it :)) Thanks again!!

Will not recommend this place to anybody
We didn't get the room that we pay at the first night. We were down graded. Dirty utensils, just one thin sheet for blanket, no extra pillow. Will not recommend this place to anybody.

Nice apartment for a family
This is a fairly spacious apartment with nice & neat kitchen and bathroom. Two separate rooms and additional beds was something we needed for a family of four. Close to Trevi fountain and Via Del Corso (main street in Rome) is a big plus!

We were greeted by the innkeeper who was very helpful. The location of the hotel was better than expected. The view out of the bedroom window was amazing. It was also nice to have a large porch. The ac did not work very well and the bed was not comfortable. Keep in mind that this is an apartment with no on site service.

This is not a traditional hotel. No front desk. It is a little hard to find as it is in a small courtyard. But the location is in walking distance of many of Rome sights. There are many shops and a grocery store very near by. Used it as the room had a kitchen. The room was very large, lots of space. The shower was small but the bathroom was had lots of counter space. The room was nice with the different levels. Great value for the money.
