Stayed here for 4 nights with our 2 children age 13 and 10. check in was by appointment which was easy to arrange. Perfect location for exploring. Mini fridge restocked daily free of charge. Air con in room. Clean and tidy. Just be aware theres no lift and its on the 3rd floor. We would stay here again.

We had a small apartment for four and liked our stay more than we thought we would. Very good location in a very old hotel tower with just the basics and sparse furnishings but very clean and organized. If you've seen old movies and seen sparse but efficient apartments for rent in Europe where you have to drag your luggage up some marble stairwell, well this is it, at least ours was like that. We only stayed 2 nights but they thoughtfully provided free snacks and bottled water everyday. Rosa was our receptionist, was very nice and so pleasant and correspondence with her was quick and easy. It was a bit noisy at night but we did not mind having the restaurants and cafes right outside below; we fell asleep just fine. We won't forget our stay here; it was our first stay in Italy; no glitz but it was a classic nevertheless.

The property’s location is very convenient when you consider the walkability to magnificent sights around Rome. All the communication prior to check-in was done via WhatsApp, which is fine. I was prepared for the “limited“ front office management, and the fact that there was no lift. What I wasn’t prepared for was Porter available and having to climb three slices stairs with luggage. Anyone familiar with the area at the Piazza Navona knows that the buildings are ancient, that’s why we go, but so are the stairs. Prepare for the incline. The attendant that was there to meet us was pleasant and make sure that we had the keys the code to get in and out of the front entrance-Which I must add the front entrance to the building is on the side and it is dingy dark and dirty. The room was a good size, Quite charming with a mini bar, small bathroom with shower, and a bidet integrated into the toilet. The minibar fridge contained water, when there is a coffee iced tea maker, Box, juice, and waiver type cookies, which we were told would be refreshed every day-they were thank to Irinna (Housekeeping)! She actually took care of our needs the most because we saw her more than anyone else in the staff. The air conditioning worked but could not be set below 18°C. That was not a problem for us, but it might be for some. All in all, I would say that the accommodations were serviceable for our needs. Definitely not a four star but possibly a 2 1/2 to 3. I saw front desk staff twice briefly.

truly a wonderful stay, staff was very welcoming and helpful. room was wonderful very clean and just as advertised, would definitely recommend staying here location can’t be beat, previous reviews stated noise which I was worried about, however not bad and not a issue at all, I believe you would have the same at any hotel in the area. I would not hesitate staying here again!
