Great rooms with friendly staff. Excellent location near the metro and the Vatican. Check-in and out was easy with staff on hand during day. And they were happy to hold our luggage before the room was ready.

This hotel was perfect, check in/ check out was very organized. They let us leave our bags at 10am so we could go explore and had them waiting for us in our room when we returned. Complimentary water bottles and coffee were in the room for us. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice and clean. It was also in a perfect location for shopping/ right by a bunch of restaurants. I recommend Arlù if you’re in the area!

On our arrival the wifi was very weak in our room and you needed to be near the door for it to connect. We spoke with management and they purchased a booster which then worked well. I have to complement them on the way they treated us. Air con still struggled to get to 25 but otherwise very good.

O que valeu a pena mesmo foi a localização, apenas isso! Um prédio extremamente velho, escadas para subir com malas, existe um elevador de mil anos, sem chance de usar. Quarto extremamente pequeno, muito diferente das fotos! O banheiro reformado, mas o quarto, com cortinas antigas que cheiram ruim, travesseiros desconfortáveis! Pelo valor que pagamos com certeza eu esperava mais! Sabemos que é alta temporada, mas mesmo assim a única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização que era muito boa!

I was beyond surprised. In meeting the representative inside who was so warm and helpful and showed us to our room, to the room, which was great as was the bathroom, to the fruit platter…this was fantastic! The guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was always clean and well made up. It’s close to the metro, but Rome is also so walkable, that we ended up walking to almost every site and place we visited. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Bellisimo!
