The room was spacious, clean, and modern. But check-in was terrible. We rang the bell to the front door for several minutes, with no answer. Only by calling the number provided by Expedia did we reach someone who remotely opened the door and gave us instructions to our room. These instructions had not been communicated to us in advance.
