Excellent location with shops, restaurants, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain all within walking distance. Our room was very clean, quiet, lots of space and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was great. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again, we loved it!

Very unique property, but not really convenient even for young ones who are able to walk up and down flights of start. Room and patio were nice but need some good cleaning, pillows, beddings and towels were quite old and musty. Breakfast was pretty good, staff friendly and very helpful though, for that we left a good tip.
