Location is good but services poor, there 7days and towels not changed as stated every three days, coffee and tea not replenished daily, had to ask for bin to be emptied as also not done daily. Lack of staff on reception.mixed assortement of cutlery and crockery , just one mug available between four rooms. Shower tray needs replacement or a good clean. No hot water to kitchen sink. What more need I say. Student accomadation basically hence price.

La stanza non era pulita, il sito non indicava che la colazione, inclusa, era servita al bar (obbligatoriamente cornetto e caffè)... non tutti amano il cornetto a colazione. Visto che c’Era il cucinotto a disposizione mi aspettavo un minimo di scelta

Modo geral foi boa, gostei muito da simpática do pessoal da pastelaria A Licata onde tomavam os o pequeno almoço, em que mimaram o meu filho com o que ele queria.

Kleines B&B ideal um Rom zu erkunden

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und wir haben viele Infos zu unseren Touren bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, zweckmäßig ausgestattet und groß genug wenn man bedenkt dass man nur darin schläft. Küche ist ausreichend bestückt. Das Besondere an diesem B&B ist, dass man für ein paar Tage das Gefühl hat Römer zu sein. Frühstück gibts im Cafe ums Eck wo auch die Römer vor der Arbeit ihren Espresso holen. Abends erkundet man die Umgebung und egal wo man sitzt gibt es kaum Touristen sondern Einheimische - Also mitten im Rome Life. U-Bahn ist in 5 Min. gehweite und bringt einen zu allen touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders hervorheben muss ich das Lokal Cambiamenti 2 Straßen weiter. Ein ausgezeichnetes 4 Gänge Überraschungsmenü im Novel Cousine Stil zu dafür günstigen 35 Euro mit eingen Übrraschungen und Geschmacksexplosionen. Für jeden der Rom mal anders als in neutralen Hotelgebäuden erleben will der perfekte Urlaub.

ESPERIENZA ORRIBILE !!!!!!

Lo scarico del bagno non funzionava, comodini e mensole impolverati e climatizzatore rumorosissimo.Per non parlare della tassa di soggiorno pagata in anticipo(mai successo) e senza il resto in quanto essendo in un appartamento non ho più visto nessuno del cosiddetto “staff”.

I enjoyed my stay at 'In Roma Life', shower was a little small but other than that it was a decent place to stay. I definitely recommend using the metro system to get places though.

no staff on hand, waited for one to arrive .

had to pay the local tax of 7 euros, gave the staff member10 euros she had no change, said she would return.Nobody returned so I'm 3 euros out of pocket.No cup for tea or glass for water.

Arrivo fantasma, partenza fantasma.

C'era scritto check in dalle 16 alle 20. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' quindi. Arrivati non c'era nessuno, per fortuna dopo aver telefonato mi hanno detto di prendere un mazzo di chiavi in più lasciato in un negozio e siamo potuti entrare così. Mi sono fatta il check in da sola mandando le foto dei documenti tramite il cellulare. Passiamo alla camera. Non era la camera in foto. Il letto non era unico ma 2 lettini attaccati che si spostavano tutti al primo movimento. Sul condizionatore c'era scritto "da usare solo in estate", quindi non si è potuto usare pure se stava lì. C'erano solo alcuni canali nella TV. C'era scritto sul sito offerta 32€ invece di 190€. 190€ quella stanza?? non credo proprio! Era una stanza in un appartamento non un hotel 5 stelle! A parte il letto ingestibile e il bagno sprovvisto di bidet era carina la stanza ed aveva il balcone. Nessuno ci ha potuto dare il bigliettino per la colazione al bar e non sapevamo nemmeno che bar fosse,nessuno si è preoccupato di chiamarci per avvisare. Diciamo esperienza non proprio positiva. Però il posto è carino

Well located,clean + good amenities 4 a reasonable price

It was a well situated and well equipped place for a very reasonable price. However we were not happy with the approachability with the stuff as we did forget my gfs sandals there and it was not possible for us to recover them as there was nobody available at a suitable time. So we were sandal-less for the remainder of our Italy tour. Plus those sandals were favourite ones too..soo :(((
