"Alexandra at the front desk was outstanding. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. She arranged to have a hotel shuttle drive up to the airport because of my husband's inability to use public transportation, load luggage, etc.. She would be capable of raising the standards of any organization. She's smart, sharp, beautiful, and thoughtful."

"The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful, arranging taxis and getting us into our room as soon as they could when we arrived jetlagged. Breakfast was good with many options and dinner buffet was also good. Would stay here again for sure!"

"The location is great. Our room was clean spacious and comfortable. We did not care for the breakfast that was included. We have had such great coffee in Rome and The coffee was really bad with very little caffeine. No choice of eggs except scrambled and they were not good. There was a lot of meat and cold cuts which we do not eat. No ripe fresh fruit."

"Great room (we had a quad) mini fridge stocked and free also snacks in room included. Breakfast was exceptional lots of variety. Good location. We used the car service to pick us up from the cruise port and bring us to the hotel. Also used to airport. Nice size room - we would stay here again for sure."
