There was no shuttle as promised. The walk to the train station is on a very bad cobblestone walkway and a very busy street, not safe. Lyft and Uber don’t go the hotel, too far away. The hotel will call you an unregistered cab which is very expensive. No real air conditioning, room was boiling hot. There is a pool but you basically can use it from dinner time on because they seat people there for dinner. Staff is untrained and disrespectful and act like they are being inconvenienced to do their jobs.

It is a 10 minute walk along a small pavement on the main road to Frascati town and train station. The hotel looks ok, the pool is nice with lovely views of Rome, and is free for hotel guests, but it can get busy with children. The room was fine, nothing special and not soundproofed. No kettle or coffee machine and it is quite dark. The air con didn’t work very well but I didn’t spend much time in my room. You have to pay extra €30+ to use the spa, I did not use it. Staff are good.

It was a great hotel for the money, the only problem was the where letting people round the pool that where not staying in the hotel, the pool is not that big so it was very busy.

Good but they do not have a lot of veggie food on offer - small menu. They need to put pizza on the menu and chips for customers who can not eat the food on their menu as I could not eat anything.
