The hotel was very close to the restaurants, groceries, Pharmcy, bus stop and it was very safe To walk around in the night. We loved it.

Breakfast was quite basic. Breakfast room was dull. They don’t change the towels too often. Towels are old and Cheap looking. Water was cold most of the time.

Very noisy all you could hear was doors slamming until 3 or 4 am , the beds were terrible so hard , very hold and run down property. Rooms extremely small. Gave us back our dirty towels. Great location near everything.

Small room, dirty loo, faulty shower that leaves a lot of water after every use. Took staff three days to change the towels. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Very professional and helpful staff, the hotel room was spacious and quiet with very comfortable bed. The hotel is close to the Termini train station so you have easy access to the historical sites. You can leave your luggage at the hotel after check out in case you have more sight seeing to do. Perfect location and excellent hotel that I plan to visit in the future.

Riscaldamento non funzionante c'e stato proposto di spostarci di stanza stessa cosa i condizionatori non funzionavano la pulizia inesistante abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu volte che ci venissero cambiati li asciugamani 4 notti ci sono stati cambiati una volta ik bagno da schifo tendine nere dalla muffa!! Questo hotel non deve essere recensito ma dev essere CHIUSO per lo schifo e per i disservizi !
