Fantastic hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. There's some great restaurants and bars very closeby. Transport into Rome is easy and cheap, the train station is less than 5 minutes walk away and it costs 2 euros each way. Trains run early morning till about 10/11pm weekdays both ways. Weekends last train back is 9pm saturday, 8pm sunday.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it was an amazing find. The location is top and the hotel has an old world feel. Very family friendly and the staff are ever so helpful and professional.

While this property was beautiful and historic and very conveniently situated, and offered a wonderful breakfast, its wifi did not work in our room for the entire 4 day stay. The first day there was no hot water to shower until the next morning. In both instances, staff denied there was a problem and wifi never got repaired. One staff said they had to reboot the whole building, another said not true because it worked. Ridiculous. Unfortunately the wifi is a deal breaker as we must have access for work. So if you don't care about wifi or hot water, you should be delighted with this hotel.

Nice stay (twice actually within a week). Rooms are OK, comfortable and kind if spacious. Staff are nice and friendly. Parking was a little tricky. A/C was OK, did not watch TV as all channels were Italian. WiFi was just OK, could have been much better. Beds were OK, nothing special, a little hard even. Breakfast was lovely and very attentive staff. We would stay here again.

Nice enough place to stay, close to the centre of Frascati. The room was similar to many hotels in the area, the breakfast was good. The only problem was the WiFi internet was terrible. It only worked well in the front reception and soon disappeared in the rooms. The staff said that they did not know of any problems, they tried to help by restarting the network, but this problem persisted for the whole week. It worked just a little, but would cut out repeatedly and have difficulty re-connecting, and was just very frustrating overall. I was not able to do some work that I had wanted to do because of it.

An amazing location right outside of Rome. The hotel provided exactly what we needed during our stay. Located in Frascati, it is right beside a lot of eateries and close to wineries for tours.

A lovely hotel. The shower was in the bedroom so be aware. My daughter and I had to switch back and forth to shower. They did the only warm Breakfast we had our entire trip. That was a plus!’

Great location in Frascatti - 5' walk to train station. Frascatti is a beautiful city to reside in if you plan to visit Rome. Quiet, friendly, comfortable room! Close to town center where there are a number of good restaurants. Quality breakfast included in room rate.

Great hotel with plenty of room in the junior suite. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great and free. Will definitely stay again with our next visit

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful setting
Stayed here from 06 Jan 10 Jan 2017. Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the train station. If arriving at Ciampino airport take the bus transfer outside the airport (bay 4) which will transfer you to Ciampino train station. Train to Frascati takes about 12 minutes. Cost 2.10 Euro. There are trains every hour from Frascati to Rome Termini station (30 mins) so this hotel is definitely an option for visiting Rome. The staff were most friendly and check in and out were effortless. Was given an upgrade to a balcony room and this was a nice touch. Well done to staff. Frascati itself is about a 5 minute walk to the centre away. Plenty of lovely restaurants and great views over the surrounding countryside. Breakfast is continental style and there was plenty to choose from. A very good choice for Rome,Frascati or Castel Gandolfo/Lake Albano region.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the place was gorgeous. The only downside to the room was the AC was not very powerful and some evenings it was very hot.

On arrival to the hotel both male staff member were very nice, helping as with luggage and room key problems. The room was nice and spacious and the hotel looked quite grand, unfortunately the bathrooms needed an update.Stained marble, moldy silicon, old toilet seat and bad paintwork. Such a shame for an otherwise lovely hotel. The 2 ladies who checked us out were not very cheerful, quite grumpy in fact, needed lessons from the male staff on customer service. Very handy location for walking to dinner.

Stayed one night for early flight out from Ciampino, the hotel is well situated in beautiful Frascati. We stayed on a Sunday and there was a great buzz in the town due to a street market just up the road from the hotel. The hotel is of good quality, comfortable and rooms spacious and well equipped. The receptionist was somewhat off putting in that she was somewhat cold and brusque but the staff generally were most helpful providing a welcome cup of coffee prior to our departure. Overall this is a convenient and comfortable hotel in a lovely town close to Rome - would make a good base for exploring the area and I would think of basing a rome trip from here rather than central rome.

Perfect Spot.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the setting of the Hotel Flora with its garden atmosphere. Our room was on the third floor and had a high, beautiful ceiling that made the room seem very posh. We also appreciated the closeness to the train station and the night life in Frascati.

Great Location & Efficient Service
I spent some days before a business trip exploring Rome. The neighborhood is fantastic and close to the Spanish steps. The hotel is in the third floor of a restored historic building (there are several other hotels on the different floors in the same building) The standard room was extremely small (slightly bigger than the bed) but clean, comfortable and equipped with an en-suite bathroom. If you want a bigger room, then sign up for the deluxe suites ahead of time. The breakfast included pastries, yogurt and fresh juices. Rome is not an inexpensive city but this hotel delivered true value. I definitely plan to return.

Fantastic Hotel in Family run Villa
Hotel Flora is a classy and sophisticated hotel. Beautiful garden full of water fountains and large Camilia trees and a lawn for guests to sit out and enjoy. A very large and spacious lobby with an elevator to the rooms. Staff are very discreet and friendly. The air conditioned room was very light, airy with a large bed and modern furnishings with a generous terrace (with a table and chairs) giving a sensational view of the trees, hills and grand old villas in the distance. Sky TV was available with scores of channels in several languages. The marble bathroom was huge with all the usual furnishings of a grand hotel. The shower was a bit tricky but it was OK in the end.Breakfast was a feast, no complaints at all.The staff were very kind and friendly. Road noise was not a problem at all, the hotel was very quiet so sleep was not interrupted. A wonderful, luxurious experience.
