First off all, this feels more like a very basic two star hotel. The building is old, and even though it's kept very clean you can tell it's a little run down, there's that typical funky smell coming out of the bathroom, etc. I'm not saying don't stay here, but you definitely need to adjust your expectations. The location is not the greatest, very quiet residential area, during the day it's easy to reach, the tram station is literally a few steps away, but they stop running relatively early at 10PM, and after that, the taxi from Termini will cost you 20 euro. It's great that they offer a complimentary breakfast (not very common in Europe at all), but again, don't expect too much, it's all prepackaged bread and pastries. The staff is very friendly and attentive (night person is not great with english though), feels like a family run operation that provides a good service a a decent rate. Personally I think next time I'll spend the extra few bucks to stay downtown, but I don't recommend against this place, just know what your getting into.
