The restaurants around the property are excellent. However, the bath had trash in the jets that I pulled out- knotted hair and slime. The faucet on the bath shoots out to hit the upper side of the bath, which sprays water everywhere- rim of tub, floor, back at you. The bath with jets was the main reason why I booked the room, which is why I was very disappointed. The breakfast does not start until 8:30, which is after most tours have started and you’ve already left the building. The hotel itself shares a courtyard with an apartment complex, so all day is the sound of normal city apartment life with crying babies, dogs, someone singing his heart out off key, etc.

Lovely place

The service of the staff was exceptional, only real issue was no windows in the room, just 3 sunroofs which would close when it rained so it got stuffy in there a little bit.

Great hotel

Great location with a modern accommodation. Our room was underground so was a bit humid/damp but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was great! Excellent service and a good choice of goodies. All in all we loved this place!

Great stay at Etruria

We had a great time at Etruria. They had a good size apartment for family, they served good breakfast, staff was courteous and welcoming, place was clean. It was close to all tourist spots by bus. Only minor issue I would report that our room was underground and there were bugs as probably there was no bug-screen. Highly recommended for families. Make sure to have a working phone so that you can reach property if you reach after 1pm.

Good deal based on what we paid for the hotel

Teas, coffees, cornetto and kraker were welcomed us and we really enjoyed with all. Someone onboard us over the phone. The hotel is close to Metro station by less than 10 minute walking. It wasn’t bad for us and give a lot of flexibility. Stand up shower unusually was in the room instead of bathroom. It didn’t bother us. I recommend the hotel to put the shower’s photo to hotels.com listing so people don’t be surprised and expect what they see. Considering paying around €75 per night including city tax, it was a good hotel for two days. Improvement area would be A/C and air circulation in the room.

No se el resto de habitaciones pero la nuestra, al estar en el sótano olía mucho a humedad y había muchos mosquitos. La zona de la bañera de hidromasaje poco práctica y no hay cocina completa como se indica, solo microondas, nevera y fregadero

Le logement est en sous-sol avec une aération qui ne fonctionne pas. La 1ere nuit à été compliquée pour s’adapter car la gorge me grattait. Je pense que ce logement en sous sol ne devrait pas se louer. Il y avait des thés à disposition qui étaient couverts de moisissure. Sinon on a été reçus correctement par le gérant. La dame de la réception qui gère également le petit-déjeuner est très gentille. Le côté baignoire spa est un plus

Al bij al een goede prijs-kwaliteit. De check-in was niet zo makkelijk, ze hadden beter een mail met info gestuurd op voorhand hierover. Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar het zou toch beter zijn moesten ze iets anders spreken dan Italiaans. Nu ja, we hebben ons plan getrokken. Het ontbijt was sober maar we hadden ook niet meer verwacht. De kamer met groot bubbelbad en terras was een zalige verademing na een vermoeiende dag stappen in Rome, ook al kon het wat properder. Het hotel ligt niet in het centrum, maar de bus en de metro zijn heel makkelijk. Het is een leuke buurt en er zijn best wel wat restaurants als je ‘s avonds in de buurt wil blijven dineren. Ik zou zeker terugkomen.

Service et accueil très bien, personnel gentil et aimable. Chambre assez spacieuse et bien décorée. Douche trop petite et pas très pratique, frigo sale et du moisi à l’intérieur. Smart TV et netflix annoncés mais pas dans notre chambre. Secteur plutôt calme dans une cour d’immeuble.

did not like the location, did not like the 3 keys just to enter all of the gates and how the front door was in the middle on many apartment buildings. it was loud and a dark street. not much around to walk to.
