The hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. They upgraded us to a bigger room. Our room was spacious and had a very nice view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, clean, spacious. Close to everything, walking distance everywhere, lots of cafe's and restaurants. The owners were wonderful in every sense, very responsive. Would definitely recommend to stay at this place without hesitation.

The hotel location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. A huge bonus was that they stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, allowing us to explore the city hassle-free. .

Location close to the termini station and had good places to shop and dine. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked good. Couldn’t figure out how to use the room safe. The elevator was sketchy and the stairwell was dirty and the stairs are spiral.

The staff were friendly and very responsive. There’s a small elevator available if you have lots of luggage. You get your own apt/room which is what we expected but it wasn’t true to the images shown. It felt more like a hostel in terms of quality and cleanliness. It gets the job done for the cost. Close to bus/trains so very convenient. The area itself isn’t the safest so just be careful wherever you are.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned. Black mold on the ceiling. The fixtures had not been cleaned in ages. The entrance to the shower was disgusting. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. The view from the balcony overlooked a park, which was nice. Certainly not worth $300CAD for a night.

Andrea at the reception was very kind and helpful. Some reviews were misleading. The room was acceptable. The bathroom very small and one could hardly get into the shower. Location is close to metro and accessible. It is an acceptable accommodation for travelers who need a place to sleep. Our room was opening to the corridor and was noisy. The elevator didn't work, so be aware if you have large and heavy luggage.

The room big enough. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. There is a fridge in the room which was working very well. The AC was also working well. There was not enough hit water and the water pressure was too strong so the showers were not as comfortable. The location was good but the neighbouring area was a bit sketchy and smelly. There is a fee for late check in.

Great location and quality. My two teenagers, wife and I were comfortable in the Suite. There is no one at the front desk 24 hours, so getting in and getting your left bags requires using what’s app and patience. But for a small little affordable place for my family in the center of Rome, I was ok with that.

Andrea was amazing to work with - very responsive and timely with replies to check-in and any questions we had prior to arrival. Our room met our needs and while the bathroom was on the older side, everything worked properly for our visit. AC was great - I know that can sometimes be spotty in Rome. Fair warning for large luggage, while there is an elevator, there are still stairs involved with this property - just something to be aware of in advance. Overall, did the job for our stay! Was cleaned at the time we were supposed to check-in and they held our bags prior since we arrived early. Would recommend if you need a spot on that side of the city!
