Amazing location in the Spagna area not far from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Property was spotlessly clean, very nicely designed and had coffee, tea facilities and free mini bar with water and soft drinks which was a nice touch. Only 4 rooms in this property and had a boutique hotel feel. Marco was an exceptional host and gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant which we visited twice! Would defo stay here again.

Property was clean and the staff were nice and they were helpful. Good location to many of the attractions in Rome. But need to know when booking that this is just a room accommodation there are no other amenities. It is a small boutique hotel. It met our needs and we enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.

Would highly recommend this property especially for its central location to all sightseeing and shopping. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were lovely clean, modern and spacious. Contact with the owner via WhatsApp was very efficient and helped with sorting out airport transfers which all went very smoothly too.

The hotel is truly a hidden gem. Our flight was delayed and Marco met us at midnight to let us in. The room was clean and very well stocked with complimentary beverages. Really appreciated the entire experience.

We had a lovely time at DC Collection. The room is super cozy and very clean. The shower is amazingly relaxing. The staff is very friendly and they made us feel home.

Unique Boutique Stay
This was a unique 5 bedroom boutique hotel that gave you the feel of being in your pown residence. At check-in the manager met us at the non-descript door that brougt us to a foyer with an elevator to the 4th floor. Here was a small reception and access to all the rooms. Very clean and modern. The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed with multiple pillows. A nice size bathroom with large walk in shower. The bedroom had a well working AC unit and kept us comfortable. This hotel was withing easy walking distance to all of the big sites. Excellent high end shopping and restaurants were right outside your door. This was an excellent location and would recommend it to anybody who doesnt need a hotel bar or spa to make their stay enjoytable.

New Yorker in Rome
I just stayed for one night. I wasn’t in the hotel for long. The room was very chic, clean, spacious and had everything I needed. The mattress was a little hard. The service was very easy and personal. Overall it was a great experience!

Highly recommend!! Location! Location! Location! It is situated in a great spot for shopping, restaurants and the main sites. Just minutes to walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Step out the door to Rome’s best shopping and food! The room was impeccably clean and the staff was more than helpful. I will definitely stay again.

The size and decoration of the room, the magnificent bathroom, the quality of the bed linen and the comfort of the bed compensate the lack of a fancy lobby or other typical hotel common areas. Just steps from Via del Corso, you can walk to Piazza Spagna or Piazza Venezia and many others Rome center attractions

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. The room was beautiful and clean. Fridge was stocked with basics. The bathroom is WONDERFUL. There are several places to walk from the hotel for food or you csn get delivery. I would absolutely stsy here again!

Nice stay at this property. Room was set up very well. Accessing the property was easy and front desk employees were very kind and helpful. A few minor issues with our room - but hopefully these are being worked on. For the property management company…recommend upgrading the mattress and bed pillows in this room to something more plush. We would stay there again on our next visit - great location.

This is an excellent place to stay while in Rome. The staff was great, the room is newly renovated, very modern and clean. The only issue is finding the building. It is on a side street and on the 4th floor of #7. Ring the bell and a worker will come down and escort you up. It is not a traditional hotel but we would highly recommend it.The area is very nice, it is in walking distance of The Trevi Fountain and many other attractions.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They emailed us before we arrived and set up a driver service to meet us at the airport (definitely helps with large line ups for taxis). There are only four rooms on the floor. Easy elevator to get up there. Rooms were clean, fresh fruit and free mini bar were definitely a nice touch. It was very hot in Rome but the A/C in the rooms was a big relief. Overall really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect.

Privilege spot in Rome!!
Amazing place!!! So peaceful in the middle of a busy city!! They greeted us with a bottle of wine and refreshments!! Beds super comfortable! Breakfast at a fancy cafeteria!! Located in a very nice neighborhood and close to many tourist attractions! Very friendly and helpful people!! Not a typical hotel since it’s inside a building but check-in and check-out was smooth!

Exceptional service
The two women at Florio were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were transferring hotels in Rome and doing a day trip to Pompeii before heading to Florence the next day and they allowed us to drop off our luggage and pick up a key before catching the train to Naples. When we arrived back at the rooms late that evening our luggage was already in the room and ready for us. We then were able to store it while spending the last of our time in Rome before traveling the next day. It was exceptionally convenient and very helpful to make the rest of our trip easy and enjoyable!

Fantastic boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived they were so helpful in setting up airport transportation,food suggestions, and did everything they could possibly do to make our experience enjoyable. The minibar was stocked and a personalized note was left for us! So close to trevi fountain! About a five minute walk. If you want a cute boutique experience come here!
