My room door could not lock from the outside, only the inside. This meant it was possible for others to access my room while I was out, should they wish to. Luckily nothing was stolen, but I felt very uneasy the entire time. I noticed staff immediately once I noticed the issue, and they were aware and this appears to be the case for all rooms. There is a code that guests use to access the building, so there is some security, and there are CCTV cameras around. But it’s also possible for other guests to enter your room while you’re out. If I had known this, I would not have booked.

The staff at check in was nice but we didn't see them again. This place does not have a front desk so they meet you at the door which is inside a building that was very hard to figure out. The building is not well labeled so we had to call to find out how to enter and if we were even in the right place. There is a great lack of amenities and the shower is the size of a coffin. Likely won't stay here again.

Très accueillant. Literie très bonne par contre la couverture était tachée. Les toilettes étaient complètement sales. De la poussière partout. La poignée de douche était cassée d’un côté. Vitres en simple vitrage, guesthouse avec 4 chambres où l’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe chez les voisins. Très bon quartier, sans bruit. Super bien placé proche du Vatican. Nous avons tout fait à pied avec un peu de marche (40min max pour rejoindre le Colisée). De très bons restaurants se trouvent à quelques pas de l’hôtel ! Petit déjeuner compris de 8h à 10h, mais que nous n’avons pas profité car nous avions réservé des activités le matin à partir de 8h.

Amazing location. Easy to get to every where. Room was small but adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault them. Only down side. Only one socket in the room if you want to charge your phone you need to switch off the fridge

Si buscas una habitación simple, bien ubicada y con un huésped amable es tu lugar. Debo comentar que en nuestro caso la habitación fue bastante decepcionante ya que no es nada parecida a ninguna de las fotografías. A pesar de esa sensación tan incómoda de engaño al principio debido a la diferencia entre expectativa-realidad estuvimos bien. La recomiendo si buscas una especie de Airbnb en un buen lugar y con un huésped amable, pero no esperes un hotel.

Jättebra ställe för priset. Tyckte servicen var bra och man kände sig trygg med alla kameror och att man behöver gå igenom fler dörrar etc. Jättefint och bra område, vi är jättenöjda! Sedan finns det en busshållplats precis utanför med en buss som går direkt till flygplatsen jätteskönt då vårt flyg gick typ 7 på morgonen.

Chambre vetuste qui sent l humidite, les photos sont trompeuses, ventilation surement jamais nettoyé, murs sales, lit avec des lattes cassé, inconfortable. Mini frigo qui fait un bruit monstre impossible de le laisser brancher. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement, tres bien situé proche de tout a pied.

Quarto de presídio

As fotos enganam. Isto não é um Hotel, é um prédio residencial onde parte foi utilizada para alugar quartos. Não existe recepção. O quarto parece um presídio de tão pequeno e desconfortável. Sorte nossa que conseguimos trocar de Hotel e terminamos nossa viagem em conforto num ótimo Hotel (Hotel Virgílio). Quarto sujo, com pó, colchão de espuma que você escorrega para o centro da cama, box do banheiro minúsculo e que molha todo banheiro. Para poder se secar era preciso sair do banheiro de tão pequeno! Mal havia espaço para as malas (no chão). Enfim, um absurdo ser vendido como Hotel e com essas fotos enganosas!

Our initial check in was friendly and helpful... unfortunately it all went down hill from there. The TV did not work, the plug in the bathroom sink would not release to drain. The room was extremely small and the tiny cubicle set aside for showering was even smaller. We are average sized people and my husband's shoulders almost spanned the size of the cubicle making it very difficult to shower. Numerous emails regarding the TV and the sink were met with a damn good ignoring. The lovely gentleman that was there to clean the rooms eventually got it going on our last day. We weren't in Rome to watch TV, but at the end of a super busy day it would have been nice to relax and watch a movie. Some acknowledgement to our emails would have also been appreciated.

Overall, a good location. However the room is very small. Especially the shower is extremely small. When you shower, the water comes out and makes the floor wet. The room is very small with only a little bit space to move. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage after checkout.
