Dear Troy,Thanks for giving us such a high rating!We are sorry that you had to pay so much for the garage, but unfortunately it is not up to the hotel.The structure can be reached by car because it is outside the restricted traffic area, and then there are street parking for a daily fee.. you need a bit of luck to find it otherwise the only solution is private garages!We are also sorry that the lift has been out of order but it can happen..However, we hope to welcome you soon at Anahi Boutique hotel! Dear guest , as you remember we couldn't find your reservation as you didn't have your reference . Usually in those situation we call expedia if we have no rooms , but believe me Expedia is truthfullyand they Always find a solution . We receive lots of reservation from Expedia and everything work well with them . Thanks also for all the words you spent about the staff, we always try to make your stay the most wonderful you've evere had. The central position of the structure, lets you explore the city walking along the beaituful streets of the city center and reaching in few steps al the main sites of the Eternal City, such as the Spanish Steps in 5 minutes and the Vatican in 10. We realize that the problem with the TV was a serious matter, and we are very sorry that you have had problems because most international clients, the English language on television is Super important for us!
