Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from Metro. You will get your own room with bathroom and share kitchen with two other rooms. You will have your own shelf in the refrigerator with drinks and in a pantry with packaged breakfast. Good room for the money. Con.: bed sheets and wall color outdated, Sparkling vine wasn't provided as it said in our room details.

Just stay away from this B&B

I stayed in this B&B for 3 days, communication and check-in was good. However, the air condition is a portable unit, it will not make the room cool. The worst is the bath room, it is dirty and hot water run out in 10 seconds every day. Complaint the hot water issue to Pablo who manage the property, he pretent suprise and promised to come and fix it, but never come back again. Just stay away from this B&B

Poorly maintained & sanitary issues

This is a HOSTEL and not a hotel. You get a room in an apartment with other people. The room is overpriced for that. There was no hot water in the shower when we arrived. We had to ask to get it fixed. When I unfolded my bedsheets I found several hairs in them. The towels were more like sheets and not proper towels. We asked for new towels and were given hand towels. For the shared kitchen space the water was yellow when we tried to boil for tea. The property manager was very nice and receptive when we reached out to him with issues. The room advertised in the photo was not the room we were given. Ours did not have a balcony or view. We were also woken up by other guests who came in at 1 am and were drunk. With taxes and fees we spent $200 PER NIGHT for a room three people shared and not a good value even for Rome. Location was in a less crowded area of Rome which was nice. Overall would not recommend.

Arches is in a great neighborhood with so many great restaurants near by. The staff were amazing and friendly, I can't recommend this place enough!

We enjoyed our stay at Arches. The location was great, just a short walk to the Metro or bus stop. Beds linen very clean, bathroom also very clean. Kitchen area ok. Stayed two adults and two teenagers in four-bed room, plenty of space. Paolo and Natalia (?) were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Arches!

We really liked access to kitchen area, where we could make our own food and coffee and where we had access to full size fridge with assigned shelves. Owner and staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms could be more updated, but they were functional and clean. Aircondition and Wifi worked well. The place was very conveniently located to all attractions, public transport, restaurants and grocery stores.

The room was small, not very clean and the overall experience was not so great. Our AC did not work two nights of the five nights we stayed. And although, they had come to fix it both time the next day, we had to spend the night in heat. The bathroom shower randomly stopped working for a while and the internet connection was terrible. We lost internet for a whole night and was only fixed after 24 hours. The apartment was also shared with other guests. We had our own private room and washroom though. Would not recommend.

They never explained that there was gonna be more people sharing the apartment but that was not the issue the issue was when i got in contact with the owner to let him jniw about that and Paolo was yelling and acting like he dint care about our situation and wouldn't let me speak and was trying to make me feel bad plus it said that we were gonna receive a bottle of champagne and we dint get nothing

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. On entend quand même les bruits de la rue (camion poubelle, scooter...). Gestion du séjour en totale autonomie. On aime ou on n'aime pas, nous ça nous a convenu. Petit déjeuner avec café et jus de fruit très bons mais pas de pain ou de brioche, que des produits industriels sous sachet plastique, pas de fruits.

El hotel es el peor en el que he estado de hoteles.com. Nos quedamos en verano y la única ventana que hay en la habitación no abre, o sea no hay ventilación. Tienen un aire acondicionado portátil que hace demasiado ruido y no funciona muy bien, arreglado con cinta y expide aire caliente. Hay un ventilador de techo que amenaza con caerse en cualquier momento y hace muy poco viento. Teníamos una cama doble y una sencilla, la cama sencilla tiene un colchón muy malo,incómoda. como de un recluta. La ducha tiene moho y el inodoro está manchado. La cocina tiene una dotación básica, pero la cafetera no funcionaba y los platos y los vasos estaban rajados. Cada día entraba alguien a la habitación, pero no sabíamos qué hacía porque la habitación no la limpiaban. Es un hostal que se hace pasar por hotel, Espartano, franciscano. Muy lejos de la Roma histórica, pero conveniente para quien quiera ir al vaticano. Demasiado costosa para lo que encontramos porque no permite descanso.

Muito bom

Muito boa estadia no Arches. O atendimento é excelente e eles estão sempre disponíveis para qualquer pedido. A localização é espetacular. Muito próximo do Vaticano e a 5 minutos do metrô. A região é ótima para comer e sempre com preços bons. Diversas opções e tudo muito próximo. O b&b é até barato demais se levar isso em consideração, mas talvez o motivo pra isso venha agora. O lugar é limpo, não tive problema com isso, mas as toalhas e a roupa de cama não são trocadas todos os dias. Se quiser novas, precisa pedir. O que pra mim não é um problema, mas só fiquei sabendo depois. A cama não é tão confortável e o grande ponto fraco é o chuveiro. Não é propriamente um chuveiro. Você mesmo tem que posicionar ele, é estranho. Se você procura um lugar prático, razoavelmente barato e com posicionamento estratégico para curtir as melhores coisas de Roma, esse é o melhor lugar. Se estiver procurando um pouco mais de luxo, talvez seja melhor procurar outro lugar.

Lo peor son unos falsas fotos ha sido la peor experiencia para mi y mi familia! Y lo peor que no me quieren devolver el dinero no lo alquilen los responsables son hotel porque a través de ellos yo alquile este lugar de mala muerte. Debería de haber más controles para ver las condiciones que están .

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Rome. Le logement était idéalement placé. 10 minutes à pied du Vatican, à deux pas du métro pour visiter tout les autres quartiers de Rome. Le logement était propre bien équipé, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Petit bémol, le quartier est vivant donc c'est parfois bruyant la nuit! Cependant cela nous a pas géné plus que ça! Merci pour ce séjour!
