This property is located within walking distance to the spanish steps etc. There is a self service or fully serviced laudromat accross the road. Also accross the road is a good chinese restaurant for those that need a change from Italian food. Close enough to the Vatican as well. Cant fault it.

Ótimo hotel

Excelente atendimento. Ótimas dicas de o que visitar em Roma, de restaurantes e bares. Quarto limpo e confortável. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Internet com bom sinal no quarto. Café da manhã é oferecido num restaurante próximo ao hotel. Hotel bem localizado. Fiz os passeios tradicionais a pé. Perto de parada de ônibus que te leva pros principais locais de Roma. Excelente custo/benefício.

Great location. You can walk to all major sites within 20 minutes. Entrance to Inn is alittle strange. Not on a major street. Rooms where very clean Owner is amazing..

Trotz Bestätigung kein Zimmer für uns!

Wie soll ich das Zimmer bewerten, wenn bei unserer Ankunft gar kein Zimmer frei war? Obwohl wir von ebookers die Bestätigung hatten, war niemand vor Ort und nach mehrmaligen Anrufversuchen unsererseits auf eine Handynummer erfuhren wir, dass kein Zimmer für uns reserviert sei und auch keines frei. Ziemlich unangenehm, als Familie in Rom ohne Zimmer ... Ebookers hat uns aber rasch alternative Vorschläge gemacht und nach ein paar Telefonaten waren wir in einem Hotel in der Nähe. Aber offenbar ist wieder etwas schief gelaufen, wenn ich von ebookers jetzt eine Aufforderung bekomme, das Hotel zu bewerten, in welchem wir gar nicht übernachteten.

Comfortable, centrally located and great value

Close to all major sights. Room very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with coffee/tea facilities, fridge, slippers, controllable aircondition and free bottled water. Great WiFi connection in room. Sister/brother owners very nice and helpful. Corresponded with one, met the other who had lots of good tips and let me borrow his laptop to check in for our return flight. Perhaps best suited for the somewhat independant visitor, as reception is often unattended, which is the only tiny drawback.

Budget friendly and Safe

The location of the hotel is PERFECT. You are in a very nice area less than 2 blocks from the Polizia. It is clean and very well kept. The front desk attendant was very polite. Overall I would highly recommend.

We were able to go to all of the main places by walking (because we love walking)... other guests could easily have accesses to bus and metro to get around... our hosts are great people

Il B&B è ubicato in posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse turistico della città senza dover usare i mezzi pubblici. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti alcuni ristoranti e bar di buon livello. La camera è silenziosa e ben tenuta. Visto il freddo intenso che faceva a Roma tra il 4 e ol 7 gennaio, ho apprezzato molto il bollitore presente in camera con possibilità di farsi una bevanda calda e rigenerante!

Un peu paniqués à l'arrivée car personne pour nous accueillir et pas de réponse à la sonette. C'est le serveur du fast food à côté qui avait nos clés! Chambre bien équipée Charme de l'immeuble ancien Le quartier idéal pour une visite touristique à pied: tout aux alentours.

Buen hotel en una muy buena ubicación en el centro de Roma. Puedes ir a casi todos los sitios interesantes andando. Zona tranquila y silenciosa a la hora de descansar.

Fin og komfertabel hotell.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet mitt her, ganske sentralt ca 10 gange til vaticanet og spanske trappen og ca 30 min gange til Coloseum men det går fint da det er masse å se på veien dit. Renslige rom, hyggelig personale og ved ankomst ble vi tatt godt i mot av en herremann som gav oss en overblikk over Roma og ting man kunne gjøre. Neste Roma tur så blir nok å sove her igjen

I would rate this hotel 3 star overall. The room was clean and comfortable (the average size room in any 3 star European hotel/inn). Air condition worked well. The breakfast was a complete disappointment for the price paid. Don't expect a spread for breakfast. You get to choose only 1 croissant/pastry item out of the 2-3 options they have that morning along with tea/coffee and a glass of orange juice. Breakfast is not served on premises. It's provided at a restaurant down a street from the Inn where upon handing in your breakfast ticket you're asked to choose your croissant from a cake tray at the bar counter, order your hot beverage and take a seat. The server will then bring your orange juice followed by your hot beverage and everyone's choice of croissants served on a single plate!!! At check-in, the owner briefly mentioned to expect a typical italian breakfast but i don't quite agree with typical italian breakfast being 1 croissant and coffee only. We stayed in Venice & Florence prior to our arrival in Rome and stayed at hotels of similar quality/price range. All our prior hotels also served a typical italian breakfast and the spreads included eggs, toast,jams, cheese, fresh tomatoes, variety of cereals,variety of croissants etc. The location is not so bad in terms of major attractions. 5 minute walk to Via del corso (one of the major tourist streets with all shopping & restaurants, spanish steps, metro station).

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time in Rome and the Ara Pacis Inn only added to that trip! The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us a map and telling us about a few restaurants nearby. Within walking distance to The Vatican, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. I would recommend staying here when you're in Rome!

Ottima ospitalità fin dal primo momento. Camera molto grande e arredamento nuovo. Molto pulita. Doccia ottima. Zona perfetta x raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti tutti i punti di interesse. Ottima convenzione per colazione in ottimo bar a pochi metri dal Bed & Breakfast.
