Great location, friendly staff, and the room had everything we needed. The street noise was a bit of a downside for me, although it didn’t bother my girlfriend. Overall, the location made it worth it.

Super location, close to everything. 5 minutes from Metro. Room is of good sizes and nice deco, spotless. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Grazie mile!

Fab hotel!

Had a lovely stay here! Very central, able to walk to everything (except Vatican, but easy enough to get an Uber). Staff very friendly and accommodating Building currently getting done throughout the building, so wasn’t the nicest place to walk in and out off and was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, however the room was nice enough.

Whole it was hard to find the guest suites at first, we finally did and the reception was helpful in getting us up to the right floor and into our room. The place is very small and cute, but has everything you would need. It's relatively quiet and was cleaned daily. Our room did smell a lot of mold, but being there for a few days won't hurt. We would stay here again and enjoyed the location and the ability to use a clothes washer.

It was a great central part of the old city. Ignatious was lovely and he was very helpful. Our room was ok. The walls were paper thin. But, we have nothing to complain about. We were very happy with our stay.

Totally met our needs

We booked this room for a few days after a cruise. It's not a hotel but a "guest house", meaning a private room and bathroom, but other public spaces. The location is great and we walked to everything. The staff is helpful and we enjoyed the outdoor common space each evening. You do need to haul your luggage up stairs, as there isn't an elevator. If you are the type of traveler who spends minimal time in your room, this is a great option!

Rooms are not done well bathroom was small and grimy. Looks like it was flipped by an amateur carpenter. There was no water in the room like it said on the website. You only got new towels on the third day. Shower was grimy and the sink didn’t drain. The receptionist talked with her friends all day and the walls are paper thing it was obnoxious and they would smoke on the little balcony outside the rooms which made the entire floor stink. There are much better options I would not recommend.

The hotel have codes to enter the bedroom, but this code didn’t change between guest, so another guest enter in our room, while we were sleeping, was a terrible experience. It was possible to listen all outhers guest walking around. Also it haven’t evelator and we had to go up 3 floors with our bags.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada. O atendimento é muito bom. O quarto é pequeno, mas com uma boa cama e um ótimo chuveiro. Não tem opção de café da manhã, mas próximo à acomodação existem várias opções, inclusive, o Mc Café. O ponto negativo é que fica no terceiro andar e não tem elevador. A subida de escada é cansativa após um dia caminhando por Roma. Não indicado para pessoas com pouca mobilidade. Há outras opções de acomodação próximo ao local.

Die Lage ist perfekt. An einer tollen Einkaufsstraße. Die Zimmer sind auf den Innenhof und sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Zimmer klein aber sehr Moden und mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und praktisch. Anna ist sehrt freundlich, engagiert und hat uns einen super Transfer organisiert. Das ROM Wochenende war einfach perfekt DANKE ANNA UND TEAM

Excelente escolha

O guest house é todo reformado e muito bem localizado, o atendimento da Anna impecável. A limpeza também. Deviam ter avisado que havia uma construção na fachada do prédio, não podiamos abrir as cortinas pois havia pessoas trabalhando isso foi desagradavel e estragou a vista da cidade e no sábado fomos acordados antes das 9am com o barulho. Mas no geral muito bom. Recomendo.

Séjour Rome en couple

Notre séjour à Rome (3 jours et 3 nuits) s'est parfaitement bien passé. Le logement était parfait (propre, bien agencé, excellente literie) et très bien situé dans Rome (2 stations de métro depuis la gare, à quelques minutes de la fontaine de Trévi, Panthéon...) L'équipe de l'hotel est très sympa et disponible (tant à l'arrivée pour nous repérer sur une carte et nous conseiller sur les activités et restaurants à proximité) que pour le départ en organisant une navette vers l'aéroport à 22h le soir pour un départ à 5h30 le lendemain... Bref, nous conseillons sans aucune réserve cet établissement.

Uma ótima experiência

A nossa experiência neste hotel foi incrível, o Ignácios recebeu-nos super bem e demonstrou-se sempre disponível para nos ajudar. O hotel era super confortável e estava situado no centro de todas as atrações e monumentos de Roma. O dono foi crucial no momento de arranjar uma farmácia para fazer um teste-covid, algo que se até então se tinha demonstrado bastante difícil. Recomendo este hotel!
