"I would like to request a refund for my stay. The TV did not work as we were there for the World Cup. I complained multiple times and then was threatened and asked to vacate the property. There was no safe, hair dryer, breakfast, fitness center and the AC did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable and had bed bugs. The room was dirty and people were knocking on our door very loudly as well as noise from around the room. We did not feel safe. The area smelled of garbage and weed."
