Liked that we had a spacious suite with a terrace. However, property on the whole was quite dated. Room had a damp smell and we had to ask staff to empty the fridge, as it was full of someone else's food including half a packet of smelly meatballs. Breakfast options fairly limited and coffee cold - they did have a gluten free roll for me on request but no other gluten free options.

A wonderful stay in a unique house with exceptional hosts. The whole family loved our time at Ladfabrik. Marcel was very warm and welcoming, Johan prepared a delicious evening meal and breakfast was perfect to start the day. Fabulous views, kayaking and an amazing sunset was included. Highly recommend

We arrived late and the dining room was just closing The waitress and the chef offered a main course and a desert they could make quickly and it was very good.
They were both very young and we found out later that they had just started 4 days earlier, and dealt with us in a very positive manner with no senior staff on duty at the time.
The bedroom was very cosy and the bathroom had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

lovely clean room, excellent strong shower, superb views over the snow covered hills. Staff were lovely and spa was an additional bonus. All in all an excellent relaxed quality place to stay.

It is a bit out of the way but treat it more like retreat in a quite place, better to get there by car and they have plenty of free parking.
Rooms are clean and big with all amenities being practical.
Lot of games for kids to play hence they would never want to leave the hotel, and must say all those areas are well maintained as well.
Staff are very professional and helpful.
Wellness area is ok but it can get a bit crowded as it is open for hotel and outside guests I believe.
