The handle had to be jiggled and turned several times before it would open/close (not to mention the key card worked about 50% of the time). The toiled ran and I had to open the tank and help it along, and there were no bath towels. Luckily though, we had 4 trash cans."

"To be honest to you, this is the second time I stay in this hotel and this time I was very disappointed the rooms were clean. There was easy parking and very convenient. The problem was at the middle of the night when a bedbug climb on my back up on waking up, I saw a few I call Expedia and they reimburse me back, but when I went to the front desk at the middle of the night, they did change my room and when I checked out, they did apologize, but they didn’t try to make an effort of any kind."
