Pool not available and no mention of this until I asked, as it was not posted on website. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable as ut was the while point for picking this hotel. Room was changed without my knowledge and that was a shocking issue, as we almost walked into someone else's room and were extremely confused when somone walked into it, right in front of us. Bed were lacking comfort/cushion, as were the pillows. Shampoo and conditioner provided were phenomenal. I'd surely like money returned for the lack of amenities

Booked a room with two double beds through expedia over a month ago. Staff said expedia booked us a king and they couldnt fix it or do anything more than provide a cot. Horrible stay, very bad expedia experience.
