The staff was great. Kelly (manager) greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty to do for the family. Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg
Everything was awesome and great location. Narrow parking spaces in the garage was our only issue and direction of traffic arrows need to be repainted.

Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Water Park
Not happy too many processes to check in. Water park not included. Parking sucks not enough to park.Will not stay here again.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
Everything was great, only complaint is the upstairs mattress was really uncomfortable. Downstairs mattress was great. Room was clean, front desk was in constant communication of our needs.

The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!
