"This place looks nothing like what online shows. This place is run down and nasty! We had to leave a day early because we was in room 625 and the ceiling was leaking! So we just couldn’t take anymore of this place! This place needed to be shut down and remolded. The pool area is real little and not maintained at all. Only one elevator worked. Ice machine on 6th floor didn’t work. But I do give credit to the housekeeper she came in everyday made sure we had clean towel and wash rags and got our trash."

"It was so nice having the waterpark on site, the kids loved it. We had the room with the bunk beds for kids and they loved having their own space. I do wish that a few more things were included with the cost of the stay, almost everything to do on site cost extra and adds up fast."

"The water park is half the size of the wilderness. The mattresses were not up to standard for $225 a night. First day could not get a float for the lazy river, and we paid the same rate on Sunday as we did for Saturday and couldn't check in until 3.The sheets were scratchy and the blankets were Motel 6 horrible! The pull out bed had a paper thin "pad" which allowed all the metal to poke you. I had booked a poolside view but didn't receive that. Paying 450 for 2 nights these amenities should have been luxurious. We will go back to The Wilderness next time as they did have them including down blankets for less cost! Also most activities require a pass that is $30 per child so tack on an additional $120. Very disappointed."

"The hotel was so nice, clean, convenient, and had great amenities, with choices of views, multiple bars/eateries, coffee shop, rooftop pool overlooking the Island and water show. The rooms had everything we needed and even an in-room jacuzzi tub. We were able to access the hotel from various places in the island(very helpful when super hot or in sudden rain showers. The valet service was quick and very convenient."
